Today we saw a perfect Bangladesh team. Opener Liton Das made a remarkable start. Shakib's partnership with Liton was excellent. At the same time Mahmudullah played an extraordinary innings. As a finisher, Saifuddin has been able to fulfill his responsibilities properly. If they can make such a performance in the main stage of the World Cup, then maybe the matches in Bangladesh will be competitive.

I don't think Bangladesh would be able to go through semis, they already are in the group of death, they ended up on number 2 in their group and most probably Sri Lanka would end number 1 in it's group which means we will be having 6 teams from 10 in one group and 4 in one, so all 6 teams in that group would be good contenders of reaching into semis and if you look at performances WI and Bangladesh would be the least favourites out of all. The only match in which they performed fairly good was against PNG which is around 10 ranks lower than it.

Kiplin Doriga's batting was outstanding. New Guinea lost 7 wickets for 29 runs. I could not even imagine being able to collect it. BTW This is the highest collection of Bangladesh team in the history of T20 World Cup. After the defeat against Scotland in the first match, Bangladesh played well against Oman and New Guinea. However, the performance of Bangladesh's openers is not yet stable. In the first match, two opener batsmen collected 5 runs. Mohammad Naim played well in the second match but Liton Das could not play well. Liton played well in today's match but Naim scored zero.

Yes I am watching it. Scotland need 90 runs on 92 balls with 9 wickets remaining. Though I haven't placed bet on this game but Scotland deserve to play the WCT20. They are Unbeaten in qualifying round because of there good batting that is fully backed by there bowlers.

Is it? I am sorry I have not heard anything about this as I do check cricket related news on only very few websites and I guess those sites might have not covered this IPL auction and Manchester United news. I just wonder how big IPL has grown in decade of time.

Also, India is known for most complicated rules hence there will be no shocking on hearing about such a rule. Now, Manchester United will buy an IPL franchisee by partnering with an Indian firm? What would be the differences? If they want to take IPL into next level then they must work on removing such complications in my opinion.

Before that Kholi would want to win the match against Pakistan. I am sure he won't want to be remembered as a first captain who lost against Pakistan in a world cup match.

Bangladesh finally able to win the match today and secure their position in the next round. I think Srilanka will also qualify and there will be no upset. It would have not been good for the game if any of these two goods teams were left out.

Yes warmup matches must not be taken seriously as teams just want to try all the combinations , giving a chance for every one to bowl and bat and hence it is totally different from the real match situation. As we have seen Kohli bowl which might be a sign that we can see him bowl in real matches as well.

Things are quite different when the actual match is played. Although they might have lost to SA they can still perform exceptionally better when they are playing with India. Well played Indian team they seem to be in high form in the practice matches. On 24th they need to repeat the same performace.

I don't think India Ashwin would be the first preference, even though he bowled good during the practice match but if you see the overall IPL form Rahul Chahar and Varun Chakraborthy have played much better than Ashwin, moreover for Pakistan who has never played both of them they can act like mystery spinners especially Varun Chakraborthy, I think India will definitely play with Chahar or Varun. Also, I even though both the won of India were pretty good, but if you see both Eng as well as Australia weren't much interested in the match, especially Australia who didn't give back bowling to Starc and Ashton Agar both of them were bowling very nicely. Sunday's match will be really interesting to watch.
