Bangladesh team does not have the ability to fight in T20 format against teams like Australia, England and India. Maybe they can fight a bit in the ODI format, but not win. There have been a lot of problems within the team over the last 3/4 years. But Management has not yet taken any steps to solve the problems. There is no experienced opener batsman on the team. It is most needed at the moment. Moreover, no player on the team can play consistently well. We've been seeing the same thing for the last 3/4 years. But there is no change in the Bangladesh team.

T-20 is brutal format, on their given day minnow can even beat the big teams so i won't read much into it as momentum gets change very quickly. Only reason Bangladesh attracting some critics because they are always considered as underdog but this time 1 associate member emerge as winner and other one manage to put up a okay contest against them. It could happen with other Test playing nations too.
