South Africa will play against Afghanistan in the semi-finals, but I would warn them not to take the Afghans lightly. Australia learnt it the hard way. And also, we need to remember that ICC has frozen most of the funds earmarked to Afghanistan, giving the excuse of Taliban takeover. The Afghanistan team has improved very quickly. On the other hand, we don't see any improvement in recent times from teams like Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Pakistan. The West Indies team was very experienced in the T20 format.
