Yes, you are right. Bangladeshi International T20 team played very well in last match. They surprised New Zealand fans. Bangladeshi player Mahedi Hasan played very well ,he took 2 wickets by giving only 14 runs in 4 overs and he gave all round performance and he made 19 runs in just 16 balls and he remained not out at the end of match.Liton Das played very well and he also remained not out at the end of match and he made 42 runs in just 36 balls. Shoriful Islam took 3 wickets by giving 26 runs in 4 balls. My six sense is saying that New Zealand will win this match because they have good bowling and batting side.

Actually Bangladeshi bowlers had done too extra ordinary performance from the beginning and created too much pressure on new Zealand team. Bangladesh puts New Zealand in trouble now as they won the 1st t20 match of the series in so an easy way. Most probably they will take the series in the 2nd t20 match and that will be tomorrow. New Zealand will be looking to win that match because they had already lose the 1st t20 game and if they lose this game they will be out of the series. And that will be like an upset situation I can say because New Zealand has a good team to fight with brilliant batsmen.

Singapore women team playing really well. Means if we took a look on first match so we will see that they made 224 runs in that match. In women team this is really a big target. Shafina Mahesh and Roshni Seth played well in that match they made 92 and 70 runs. But there is one thing which I saw and surprised me that Philippines women team made 35 wides and 6 no balls. And Singapore team collected all wickets on 35 runs.
By the way in today match they again played really well. Singapore gave 191 runs target to Philippines women team. But Philippines team made only 112 runs in 20 overs.
Now there is last match left and Singapore women team will clean sweep.

Especially in Test and ODI matches, each batting position has to be fixed. One is opening today, another will do it in another match, another will do it in the next match, and if the batting position is changed in every match, then a batsman will never be able to adapt himself to a new position every day. Bangladesh did well in the first t20 match it must be accepted but they still have to do better and they must do better. Bangladesh lost their sponsors due to poor performance in the World Cup, it is hard to accept that a professional team like Bangladesh is playing cricket without sponsors.

Even at this point I will not go to the extent of saying that Bangladesh is a superior team when compared to New Zealand. Bangladesh is overdependent on a few players, and many of them are close to retirement. Apart from this series, they usually perform poorly whenever they play under SENA conditions. In case of New Zealand, at least they have a well structured domestic system and the matches in Plunkett Shield are always of high quality. In terms of T20, Bangladesh is slightly ahead as they have a well known franchise league (BPL), while New Zealand's league doesn't involve foreign players.

While it might be too early to say that Bangladesh is better than New Zealand we should think about the good and bad points of both teams. Bangladesh tends to rely on a few important players some of them are getting close to retiring. They have not done well in matches played in SENA countries. On the other hand New Zealand has a good system for playing cricket in their country with highquality matches in the Plunkett Shield.
And you are right Bangladesh has BPL and looks better in T20 Matches. And looks more better than New Zealand. Therefore they are playing well in T20 Matches. But if we took a look on the last ODI so I think this was a good luck of Bangladesh we can't say that Bangladesh is stronger on basis of one match.
