Rishab Pant is a match winner in Test matches and a quality asset in the ODI format but people forget how bad his T-20I numbers are. He has played almost 70 T-20I matches but there is nothing to see as far as his performance with the bat goes, simply disappointment. If it's up to me then Rishab and KL do not deserve any spot in the WC squad. They've been given countless chances and both failed miserably on a consistent basis so big no.

Can they get a green light? It's possible if selectors are looking for a safe option with a timid approach. Can they perform? Sure, they can because they are not mug with the bat.

I am very disappointed with the performance of Mumbai Indians. And personally I am also not happy with Hardik Pandya's captaincy. Mumbai Indians have a strong squad. Even then the team is not performing well. The performances of most of the players in the squad have been very erratic.

Mumbai's bowlers bowled abominable against Hyderabad. Hyderabad set a huge target of 278 runs. Even then Mumbai batsmen managed to collect 246 runs. We saw good batting from Mumbai Indians batsmen. But in the match after that, Mumbai Indians collected only 125 runs against Rajasthan Royals. The team set a short target of 126 runs. If the batsmen perform so erratically, the Mumbai team will be at the bottom of the points table.

As much as we have heard in the headlines about Hardik Pandya and Rohit Sharma's feud, none of us personally know that much. But about Hardik Pandya's captaincy, the fan followers are divided into two groups, in which Rohit Sharma's fan followers are more, they don't want Hardik Pandya to lead for Mumbai Indians, but one thing is true, Rohit Sharma is a successful captain who has played for Mumbai Indians and achieved success. did I personally prefer Rohit Sharma's captaincy over Hardik Pandya's captaincy because he is a successful captain. If Rohit Sharma was the captain in this year's IPL, Mumbai Indians team would never have been in this situation. Did you notice the middle part of the match? Where the episode performed well but the bowling line performed very poorly. If Gujarat Titans could have kept Punjab Kings under pressure in terms of bowling performance then there was definitely a chance to win. As the Punjab Kings team fell by seven wickets now the attacking batting was out. So the Gujarat Titans team came towards the end of the game only when the dependent batsmen got out. But could not save it in any way, all the bowlers wasted runs. Couldn't do a good bowling performance to save his team.

Both the teams now have equal number of points. Gujarat might have gone up if they had won yesterday's match, but unfortunately Gill's effort was not enough to take them there. The Gujarat bowling is looking extremely weak. Rashid Khan is one of the legends in franchise T20 cricket, but his form has remained horrible so far in this season. And this happens to a lot of the spin bowlers. After a while, the batsmen are able to study their bowling style. However, players like Ashwin add constant variations, so that he remains one step ahead of the batsmen.

Yes you are right the Match between Gujarat Titans and Punjab Kings was very interesting. When Gujarat Titans was playing its turn and Shubman Gill was playing and he was just near to the century and in total Gujarat Titans made 199 runs. So I was thinking that this will be little bit difficult for Punjab Kings to chase this target but they played really well. They lost 7 wickets and just won the match with one mlball remaining. And as you mentioned Shashank Singh he played really well. But as you said you will give the whole credit to him so I don't think so I think that was a whole team work. Which leads Punjab Kings to win this match.

Gujarat Titans don't have any superstars among their bowlers. Rashid Khan and Umesh Yadav are well known names, but they are out of form at this moment. Mohit Sharma used to be quite good in depth overs, but yesterday he leaked too many runs. Apart from Noor Ahmad, all the other bowlers were off color today for the Titans. The experiment with Azmatullah Omarzai also failed yesterday. Asking him to open the bowling was a mistake, as he doesn't have enough experience at this level.

That's true mate, I was also thinking that this match winning team will be Gujarat Titan. But this is T20 format and here if you have wicket then there will be always the chance of winning and Punjab kings has the wicket and that's why they got the chance and also used that but the match was very close.
But I feel sad for shubman Gill he did awesome role today and also is staying not out by taking 89 run from only 48 ball. Anyway I would like to say that Punjab kings use their lower order batsman for winning specially the shashank Singh if we look his strike rate it's over the 210. His furious batting has the credit of win.

Waoo what a performance has shown by Omani team they almost nailed it one of experience and top side of the cricket, it's true that namabian team has played many ICC event but still they can't even manage to Handel a small emerging team but I think thier is something special in Omani bowling lineup because they put such experience batter in huge trouble and get them at such small target, for that reason we should praised them because thier such firey bowling has given them decent results too in thier previous matches against same opponent at thier bilertral series, anyway they took dominance over them by 2-1 and just required one more victory to won the series. If we have a look at oman batting line-up they have quality batters like Kushi who hit 6 sixes and won the match before 12th over which is it's self a great achievement for them

What is the point in scoring 81, if he can't win the match for his team. I would say that Shashank Singh's 61 was more valuable as it enabled Punjab Kings to win the match. Things didn't went well for Gujarat. The reliable Mohit Sharma conceded 18 runs during the penultimate over, and by then the match was over. Azmatullah Omarzai in the previous over conceded 16. All this meant that Gujarat lost a match which they could have won otherwise.

Tomorrow we have the match between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Chennai Super Kings. CSK will be the solid favorites.
