Yes that's true, UAE team should hire best coaches to teach them well , how to bat in different condition. UAE bowling was best one as they restricted Newzealand in all three matches. If their batsmens had batted properly I believe that they would have won the series. Chasing 156 and 146 could be normally chases in t20 format . Some UAE batsmens have good talent and they can play very aggressively and put pressure on opponent team but need guiding and experience as you said and yes if UAE play international matches like other top 10 team playing, i hope they will show their class.

Yesterday when I checked the score than both UAE-NZ and IND-IRE runs and wicket fall was similar. I was observing both match at the same time and i both matches was going in the same pattern and at the last both team won by almost same margin (Just for fun)

Although they are very confident with their batting, it must be said that their bowlers have performed well in this series. New Zealand could only score 155 runs against UAE bowlers in the first match, 142 runs in the second match and 166 runs in the third match New Zealand scored a lot more runs against the UAE bowlers. Since UAE had more confidence in their own batsmen, that confidence should have led them to win the first match as the target was not that high for them in the first match. Three matches UAE won the toss and in the first match they didn't succeed by choosing to field first but in the second match they were successful by choosing to field first because of the success of the second match maybe they decided to field first again in the third match but the third match was theirs. I would say UAE players played well in every match of the series. New Zealand is a top team. The UAE players were very confident when performing against such a team. We are seeing improvement in UAE players both in batting and bowling. The performance of their bowlers in particular was controlled. In every match, we have seen erratic performances from the New Zealand batsmen. I thought this series will be dominated by New Zealand players. But they have completely failed to dominate.

In the Ireland vs India team match, India team batted first and set a target of 185 runs. Ruturaj Gaikwad scored 58 runs off 43 balls. Samson scored 40 runs off 26 balls. India team batsmen played very well in batting. However, Ireland performed very poorly in bowling and batting line. Ireland team batsman Andrew Balbirnie got out with 72 runs off 51 balls. Andrew Balbirnie could have completed 100 runs if he could have played a few more overs but he got out before that. I was the supporter of India team in this match.

The target is 167 runs. UAE need to score more than 8 runs per over if they want to win. If the pair of Aryansh Sharma and Arvind are able to perform well then the UAE team is likely to win.
In the second match, we did not see a good performance from the New Zealand bowlers. That's why I don't believe in the performance of the New Zealand bowlers even though the target is big enough. But I think it is possible to win easily by giving a target of 167 runs to control bowling.

Well, I think United Arab Emirates recovered well as at one stage they were 53-5 and it seems that they will lose by a big margin. Once again Aayan Afzal Khan comes to their rescue and scored 42 runs in 36 runs and UAE managed to score 134 runs, 32 runs short of the winning target.

With this, the series ended 2-1 in the favor of New Zealand. I think it was a good learning experience for the UAE team to play against a top team like NZ and also they have beaten them in one match, which is a big achievement for a team as small as the United Arab Emirates.

Bumrah is in good form. We have seen better performances from Bumrah in the last two matches. In today's match too he gave away only 15 runs in 4 overs and took two wickets. But here he bowled against Ireland's batsmen. Ireland's batsmen are not very experienced. So just because he has performed well in this series, it cannot be said that he will bowl well in the World Cup. However, Bhumrah is a very experienced bowler in the Indian squad. Indian fans will have high expectations from Bumrah if he is in form. But it cannot be said for sure whether Bumrah will be able to maintain the consistency of his excellent performance.

Ireland lost the match by 33 runs. That of course makes India the winner of this series already. I was a little surprised honestly to actually see that Rinku Singh won the man of the match. His performance was good. But I thought Gaikwad was going to be the man of the match because of his half century that he scored. He was also there for a very long time and was also surviving on one end of the pitch.

But anyway, the bottom line is that India is the winner of this match and they have also won the match quite easily in the end. Let’s see if Ireland can salvage something from this series by winning that last match.

He was also there for a very long time and was also surviving on one end of the pitch.

But anyway, the bottom line is that India is the winner of this match and they have also won the match quite easily in the end. Let’s see if Ireland can salvage something from this series by winning that last match.

No wonder Ireland lost the match against India. In fact, India deserved to win this match. India is a much better team than Ireland. Ireland's players have a long way to go to get close to India's players. But this much can be expected for Ireland, Ireland will be able to gain some experience from this series. I am so happy for Bumrah today as well, consecutively second match and he looks in such a good touch no one can even tell that he is back from an injury. This performance makes me feel even sad that he wasn't part of the WTC final team otherwise he would have utilised these conditions so well. But yes Asia Cup and World Cup are both in sub continent where pacers won't get that much help it'll be interesting to see Bumrah's performance there.

Anyhow the UAE team winning a match in the series is a big achievement for now. Players should practice to be on the crease to stand wickets and then go for big shots than going for big shots from the beginning. Team performance have increased and New Zealand will correct itself. In all the three matches played against New Zealand toss is won by UAE and they choose to bowl in all the three matches.
