India still have enough time to turn around as there are still three matches left in this series, if India can do well in the remaining three matches then they can come back in this series. West Indies have a good chance of doing better than India in this series as they have already won the first two matches to lead the series. Nicholas Pooran was the most important contributor to West Indies' victory in the second match, his storming batting led West Indies to victory over India. If India could have done some controlled bowling towards the end then the second match could have been India's. The two batsmen who secured West Indies' victory were two batsmen but not first-order batsmen, meaning that if they could have been yorked or bounced, they would have been defeated.

West Indies have won first two matches and pressure will be relatively low on them for next three matches. While India will have to win all 3 remaining matches. India batting is not as good as it should be both matches and that's the main reason they have lost both games. Talik Varma is a good discovery and with time he can increase his scoring rate also.
A lot of pressure awaits India in the three matches ahead as they have already lost the first two matches. Before taking the field in the next match, India will be under pressure to win match number three at any cost because if they lose match number three then India will lose the series against West Indies with two matches in hand. When a team enters the field with such statistics, their pressure increases a lot, and when they play under pressure, the performance becomes worse. India will field young players against West Indies and it will be very difficult for them to handle the pressure, so they need to be normal and try to perform like normal matches, only then they can do well in the third match.

@Litzki1990 I feel that this pressure is blessing in disguise because the player’s who perform under pressure are the player’s that this team needs. Furthermore if the player’s flop again then it’ll open the door for other player’s who have been patiently been waiting for their opportunity so both ways team India gets the benefit as it’ll make the selectors job easy on whom to pick and whom to drop for future matches.

I disagree. Most of the players in the current lineup are experienced players(Kishan, Gill, Sky etc) and have played around the world which is why you are stating poor excuses to justify their bad performances.

On the other hand, West Indies performed admirably despite some of the players having little to no experience in any format.
All the players are experienced right but it's only in their own field? Gill,Samson,Ishan Kishan,Sky there are many others who have seen amazing batting in IPL but could not show any innings worth noticing in his West Indies tour. Like Rohit Sharma,Virat Kohli,Jadeja they are yet to become experienced players. On the other hand West Indies players are famous all over the world for their various T20s they have always played well in T20s as a result of which India lost two matches in a row. With an experienced captain the team wins 50% of the matches. I think Hardik Pandya is not able to give 100% of his captaincy there. The 2nd match saw Pooran single-handedly lead his team to victory. No Indian batsman is playing well except Varma. Let's see if India will field with their previous squad in today's match or give chance to new players. If India lose today's match they will have to face the shame of losing the series.

And one disadvantage with the young Indian players is that the BCCI prohibits them from taking part in franchise T20 leagues around the world. Therefore they are not very familiar with pitch and climatic conditions in countries such as West Indies. On the other hand, the West Indian players are very familiar with sub-continental conditions by now.

During the test series, they had all the star players representing them, including Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Ravindra Jadeja, Ravichandran Ashwin and Mohammed Siraj. However for the ODI and T20I series, the selectors decided to rest several of players and opted to give chances to some of the bench players. And from what we can see, this hasn't worked out very well. Rather than directly inducting these players to the national team, it would have been better to first give them some match practice by selecting for the India A tours.
With Asia Cup,ODI World Cup ahead,BCCI rested their best players so that they don't suffer any injuries. The Indian team is well aware of the lack of players like Rohit Sharma,Kohli,Jadeja,Ashwin, Mohammad Siraj. That is why BCCI does not want to take any risk in the upcoming Asia Cup and ODI World Cup by resting them. All those who are playing in T20 series only play well in IPL and also in their own ground,I have not seen them play well with any team, I have not seen any memorable innings from them. I agree with you that they need to play well in India A team first. Will India find an alternative to batsmen like Rohit and Kohli? After their retirement BCCI will have to eat hard to prepare the future team of India.

T20 stars such as SKY and Ishan Kishan performs really well they play in India. It is an entirely different story once they play in surfaces that are not very flat, and against quality bowling attack. And one disadvantage with the young Indian players is that the BCCI prohibits them from taking part in franchise T20 leagues around the world. Therefore they are not very familiar with pitch and climatic conditions in countries such as West Indies. West Indies vs India

Today is the third match between these two teams. They have the series of 5 matches. I didn't see that I was assuming it as usual that they have 3 matches but I was wrong. Now the West Indies is leading with 2-0. And today everyone is thinking that India will come up and will show its power. And I also hope that the India will surprise us. But here is again I will say that we should not underestimate the West Indies too. So let's see who will win todays match.
India is performing very badly in this series against West Indies.Because their batting line-up looks very normal.None of India's batsmen are in form to say that they are not performing well.
But one more thing to keep in mind that West Indies as always is a very strong team in t20 cricket.Everyone in their team is a heart-header batsman which is why they have already won two matches against India.

India won the Test series very well. But India's performance was not good against West Indies in the ODI series as well. Especially their batsmen's performance was poor. After the poor performance in the first two matches, they did not bring changes in the squad. However, the Indian batsmen batted brilliantly in the third match. They won the match by 200 runs. It was a great comeback.

After losing the first T20 match, perhaps the Indian management thought they would make a comeback in the second match. But the team could not perform well in the second match and was defeated. I am not satisfied with India's batting and bowling performance.
Tilak Varma has played well in the Indian squad and Pooran has performed well in the West Indies squad. Also, no batsman's performance was regular in the last two matches.

Vaccinized.. immunity level is full.
In the second match I thought India would keep their senior players in the squad. And they will make a comeback. But India kept their squad unchanged. And as usual we saw poor performances from the batsmen. India managed to collect only 152 runs after losing 7 wickets in the second match. It wasn't enough to win. If the performance of the Indian bowlers was good, they could have won. But the bowlers did not bowl well either.
In the third match, we will probably see several changes in the Indian squad.
We don't know what is their plan actually. I guess they are trying to set a young team or they take West Indies lightly as they were able to beat them in both ODI and the test series. If 2nd reason is the case, then India should not forget that West Indies always was a good team in T20I format.

Even though West Indies did not win the T20I series in recent times, still they can beat any team on their day. Nicolas Pooran is in good form and he alone handled the matches. I will for today's game.

Right before the start of the second T20 match, we predicted that India would come back strongly against the West Indies in the second match, but India could not do anything like that in the second match. India is always a big team for T20 cricket so it is natural that expectations are a little higher for them. Like the second match, India will be expected to do well in this match and they will return to the series through the third match against the West Indies.

After losing the first two matches in a row, India may be a bit behind in terms of confidence, West Indies can use the opportunity as they have already won the first two matches, so their confidence is not lacking in any part, depending on that confidence, they will definitely want to do well in the third match.

The team's batting will depend a lot on Nicholas Pooran's performance in the third match for West Indies. Like the first and second T20, we hope that Nicholas Pooran will get good runs in the third T20 match as well.

Indian batting doesn't look to be in good shape at the moment. Including Yashasvi Jaiswal should help for the third match IMO. I don't like the idea of dropping Ishan Kishan, because he has done a decent job so far in the tour. If Jaiswal need to be brought in, then why can't Sanju Samson sit out? And as far as bowling is concerned, replacing Kuldeep Yadav with Ravi Bishnoi flopped during the second match. For today's match, Kuldeep maybe brought back and Bishnoi will warm the benches. The two seamers (Arshdeep Singh and Mukesh Kumar) will get another outing today, as they were OK during the first two matches.

I am actually surprised to see West Indies leading this series by 2-0. This is a golden chance for West Indies to make sure that they win this series against India. They need to win only one more match out of three remaining. The situation for West Indies did definitely get a little sketchy towards the end.

But responsible performance from West Indies made sure that they were able to win this match. Let’s see if India can make a comeback which they have to if they want to win this series.
Almost everyone were surprised to see WI leading this series 2-0. An Indian team comprising of some of the best IPL players played like crap against a WI team comprising of many inconsistent players.

India will definitely make a comeback in the next few matches and I am expecting a grand finale where WI will probably win the series.
First match is the big surprise for me. West Indies had scored 149 runs and India team unable to reach the target and losing by 4 runs is completely unexpected. West Indies bowlers were at their best in the match. A comeback is expected in the second match, but the team India played in the same pattern. Lets see if India can take the series to have a grand final, winning the 3rd & 4th T20 matches.

Do you guys think that india is experimenting a lot and that's why india is losing? And as India is experimenting is that a reason for these losses to be expected?  I think even though india is definitely experimenting they should still be able to win against a team like West Indies. And of course india is the one making the most amount of money from the IPL. So obviously even this indian team which is playing against West Indies is definitely supposed to perform better.

There is of course a chance for india to make a comeback and be able to win the three matches that are left in this t20 series. But that is going to be definitely hard. It is not going to be very surprising if West Indies does end up winning this series.

In the first match I thought India would win. West Indies were only able to set a target of 149 runs. But the performance of the Indian opening pair in this match was very poor. Although the middle order batsmen managed to score some runs, it was not enough to win. Apart from Tilak Varma, other batsmen's performances were poor. In the end, India managed to collect 145 runs for the loss of 9 wickets. India lost the match by 4 runs.

The tail-enders played responsibly, and the West Indies won the match. I placed a tiny bit of 0.3mBTC against India when the odds were 2.52 For West Indies. They lost two early wickets in the first over, and the odds of winnings were low for the West Indies. Nicholas Pooran and Mayers started hitting boundaries and sixes and returned very strongly.

At a time, West Indies needed only 27 Runs from 37 Balls, and it went 24 Runs from 24 Balls with two wickets in hand. Akeal Hosein and Alzarri Joseph played responsibly to win the match. I thought West Indies might lose this match.

It was a good win for West Indies as well as for you. West Indes lost 3 wickets in 4th over and at that time chances for WI victory were not much. It was Nicholas Pooran 67 runs on 40 balls that took the game away from India. Tilak Varma was the highest scorer for India as he scored 51 runs on 41 balls. India are now 2 down in the series and they have no margin of error left.
India still have enough time to turn around as there are still three matches left in this series, if India can do well in the remaining three matches then they can come back in this series. First of all the middle order of West Indies was absolutely incredible. After losing some early wickets, they held their nerves and performed as they should. Nicholas Pooran, Powell and hetmyer performed really well. After that, they also lost some quick wickets.

But the tailenders, as you said, performed well to make sure that West Indies got over the finish line. I am actually surprised to see West Indies leading this series by 2-0. India lost the first two matches of the 5-match T20 series. Shame on them I'd say. The performance of the West Indies team is now erratic. Still, this team is good enough in the T20 format. India management should have formed a more experienced team. India was defeated by their own fault. I will be happy if India loses the series.
Yes West indies One day and test performance was worst then Zimbabwe but in t20 field they are still very dangerous as they beat best indian team in both games. Now india will he enter with new strategy like England did in ashes to win this series.
West Indies team is slightly better in the T20 format. But since now the performance of their players is erratic. So I thought India will win the series easily. But due to the bad performance of the batsmen, India lost the first two matches of the series. BCCI should stop their experiment. Otherwise India will lose the series badly.
West Indies confirmed a 2-0 lead after a thrilling finish, and India faced consecutive loss due to overconfidence. It's now fact that without their regular players, India's performance is way below average. Hardik Pandya's team suffered a second loss in a row in the 5-match T20I series vs West Indies. Can West Indies get the series confirm in tomorrow's third T20I against India? I'd confidently say YES.

In the first two matches of the ODI series, we did not get a good performance from the Indian batsmen. Their situation is similar in T20 series as well. They played badly in both matches and lost. India is trailing 2-0 in the 5-match series. However, India still has the possibility of winning the series. The management should keep Kohli, Rohit and Jadeja in the squad for the next match. Otherwise, I will say that the team will be defeated in the next match as well. It will be a shame for India to lose the series against this West Indies team. Even then, even if India's senior players are in the squad for the upcoming matches, it cannot be said for sure that India will win all the three matches. Because the West Indies players are now very confident after winning the first two matches.
