I mean what I mean is that maybe nobody wasted their ticket money coming to see this series because the whole series was enjoyable. Although I was thinking that West Indies would win the last match, when Sri Lanka came to bat, I was completely wrong. All three of their top order performed brilliantly today as a result of which they were able to win by nine wickets.

The West Indies batsmen did not last long, falling wicket after wicket. A quick fall of wickets for any team reduces the run-rate of that team, and the subsequent batsmen are under a lot of pressure. That's exactly what happened to the West Indies team, who scored 162 runs for the loss of 8 wickets, which was good enough for the West Indies team to win.
But the Sri Lankan team shattered their dreams as they easily chased down the West Indies target of 162 runs with the loss of 1 wicket. Which in this case is the weakness of West Indies bowling team, where West Indies team won the T20I series by 2-1 match margin.

Sri Lanka clinched the three T20I series 2-1 with a win today. The series was surely exciting. The first match was highly competitive where west Indies scored 180 to win with 5 balls remaining. The 2nd and 3rd T20 were more one-sided. On second Sri Lanka won by 73 runs as West Indies were all out for 89 and today Sri Lanka easily chased a target of 163 with 9 wickets and whole 2 overs remaining.
Sri Lanka has highly improved it's game in 2024, they are going to have further 3 ODI series which would test the teams in longer formats.
