But Zimbabwe will be more on the back foot at that time when most of their current players will retire because I think the current players playing for Zimbabwe are more experienced and skilled than the players of other eras.

I am not agreed on this point because Afghanistan is currently superior then Zimbabwe in all departments while their batting and bowling is much better and consistent then Zimbabwe with in last five games between these countries we have no win for the Zimbabwe which is disappointing for them.

Zimbabwe won against Pakistan in last match is good but still this is not going to help them for having advantage against Afghanistan which is doing good in white-ball format for few month Jonathan Trot is having good time here with them as coach which is helping them for having good improvement in bowling and batting Zimbabwe is surely going badly down due to lack of domestic setup.

I understand why you think Zimbabwe might win against Afghanistan. They recently beat Pakistan at home which is big deal. But we should not forget that Afghanistan is also strong team with good record in international cricket. By the way Zimbabwe has advantage of playing at home, Afghanistan might still be able to surprise them. It will be interesting to see what happens in series starting with first match in Harare in two days. I hope both will make these matches more exciting.

Yes a full series between Pakistan and South Africa will start from yesterday. Pakistan and South Africa will face each other in three T20Is, three ODIs and two Tests in this series. Pakistan cricket team won ODI series and T20 series against Zimbabwe few days back. So maybe they will be able to continue their good performance in this series. On the other hand, South Africa were whitewashed in the T20 series against India, let's see how well they can perform against the visiting Pakistan in this series.

South Africa has not announced their squad yet but on the other side Pakistan released it. This time too Shadab Khan is not part of the squad. I think he is not playing since the World Cup finished which was about 6 to 7 months ago. At the same time Fakhar Zaman is resting this time.

I was very surprised to see Bangladesh women's team play as this women's team whitewashed Ireland women's team in ODI series. But on the contrary, Bangladesh women's team was whitewashed by Ireland women in the T20 series.
