In Pakistan vs New Zealand 3rd match of the series, was an apprehension among everyone that who would win that match? New Zealand almost lost the series after losing two matches in a row but they got the series back by winning yesterday's match. But their target was not good at all. New Zealand cricket could only set a target of 163 runs. On that run, many thought that Pakistan could easily get another win. But that didn't happen as they lost by just 3 runs. And the New Zealand bowlers deserve credit for that win. Among them, James Neesham has done a great job. In particular, he picked up Iftikhar Ahmed who scored 60 off 24 balls. Otherwise they would have lost the match.

It seems 200+ runs in IPL is not a big issue if the pitch is right for batting. Still defending such a total can become an issue if the team has fielders who have the tendency to drop catches.

CSK did well to give such a mammoth target to RCB but they were struggling to defend that target because of their poor fielding. Kohli's out was a lucky affair, that was not how anyone had imagined he would get removed from the pitch.

Mahipal Lomror after getting a life was still not able to score

Well.. you can't expect them to win everytime. They are leading the series by 2-1, and just need one more win to take the series. Anyway, despite their recent downfall, New Zealand is one of the pig-4 teams and at a point they had one of the strongest pace bowling attack in the world (they still do have a formidable bowling attack, with Boult, Jamieson, Henry, Milne, Southee and Wagner). And yesterday it was the military medium pace from James Neesham which handed them the victory. They worked hard for that win.

One of the main tools of the Pakistan team is their opening pair, Mohammad Rizwan and Babur Azam, two batsmen yesterday, Babur Azam was dismissed for 6 runs and 1 individual run and Mohammad Rizwan was dismissed for 17 runs and 6 individual runs. So much drama toh watch , in early stages pakistan lose much wickets too quickly as a result pressure were mounting on the middle order, saim and Fakher continue the inning but not long, but later the iftimania(iftikhar Ahmad) smashed the entire newZealand bowling lineup too brutally, because I taught game were out of Pakistan hand due to less number of ball but due to heatful power hitting put pakistan on trake, he smashed 6 sixes and 3 four on just 24 ball with a strike rate of 250 and scored 60. But after his dismissal bowler can't achieve the required goal and hence they lose the game by just 4 runs

After watching the performance of Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan I was sure that Pakistan was going to lose the match. Because apart from these two batsmen, the performance of no other batsmen of Pakistan was regular. However, the batting of Iftikhar Ahmed and Faheem Ashraf looked like Pakistan might win the match. But in the end, Pakistan was defeated by 4 runs. But Iftikhar's performance impressed me. He scored 60 runs off 24 balls. Iftikhar's strike rate was 250. Faheem also got out with 27 runs off 14 balls. Pakistan needed 23 runs in the last 2 overs. They failed to collect only 23 runs.

ops, what a breathtaking moment that was. Finally what I thought was that today Pakistan lost their chance to win the series with two matches in hand. But such a quick half-century from Iftikhar Ahmed was truly remarkable, I feel sad for the pain that Pakistani fans feel.
Anyway, this is their first defeat after winning two consecutive matches against New Zealand on Pakistan's homeground, they still have two matches left to confirm the series, let's see if Pakistan can meet the demands of their fans in these last two matches.
