The untimely and unfortunate runout of Harmanpreet Kaur where her bat was stuck when she tried to drag the bat to the crease and she was batting well changed the match upside down. Ellyse Perry was incredible in the field, saving many boundaries during crucial moments and taking some good catches and Australia was in great form as usual and they will be the champions with the way they are playing.

There is no justification to the way Harmanpreet Kaur got her out. She was really careless and her mistake probably cost the match for India. The required run rate during the last few overs was achievable. But in the end, India ran out of batters. Lower order batters like Deepti Sharma and Sneh Rana tried their best, but scoring regularly against the Australian women was tough. Looks like Australia is on course for winning another ICC trophy. England is the only team which stands between them and the trophy as of now.

Indian fans will regret about those two overs, and Australian fans will consider those overs as a turning point of the match. I thought India will manage to win the match when 20 runs were needed in the last two overs. Anyway, England women's team is quite favourite in the second semi final. Now the betting odds is 1.22× for England and 4× for South Africa win. The final should be between Australia and England women's team.

The run out have made the day for Australia. If not, today the history could've been rewritten with India Women reaching the Final. This is completely unlucky, because it is the match that needs to be won and India is on its path. Something happened and the luck didn't favour team India Women. If this had been a direct hit, the cricket fans couldn't have felt much. She was in great form scoring 52 runs of 34 balls. She was close and the bat getting stuck worries everyone who wants India Women to win the match.

At one point I really thought that we had a nice chance. We were in a great position but that freak run out of Harman really changed the match.

Gotta feel for her as it was an easy run but her bat stuck at the last moment, she's not going to forget this run out for a long time. Well played team India you gave a tough fight to the Champion Aussie team. Still, a lot to learn in terms of fielding and fitness level and i hope WPL will make some inroads in these areas.
Feeling bad after the result. Expected much looking at the start of the India Women innings. Australia too could've learnt India Women isn't an easy thing to play. India should've won the match. The 16th and the 19th over is the turn of the match. 16th over had only one wicket and 19th over have got just 4 runs. If those overs have got few more runs, India could've moved to the finals. I was unable to accept the loss.
Though India did not win this match, I am happy with the Indian team. They almost dominated the entire match. Their batting was also good enough but luck didn't favor. The two run outs essentially changed the game. But there was enough fear among the Australians. They will never think that India as weak. Defeat by just 5 runs against a target of 173 runs was a big blow to the Indian fans. The performance of the Indian women's team has seen a drastic change. The Indian women's team can certainly create a better position in the future.
It is true that the Indian women's batting performance in today's match has been outstanding since the beginning. But the reason for their loss is that they did not maintain that form towards the end. To say how many runs the Australia women team managed to score towards the last or how well they performed in the last, the Indian women team did the contrary. Anyway congratulation to Australian women team for confirming final.
Once again it's like Australia Women team winning the cup and adds up for the 6th time. Australia Women team is really strong and they deserve it. India Women hadn't developed the confidence to play against Australia Women. Maybe over the next World Cup they'll keep them much more prepared. Anyhow this is a big opportunity to reach the finals. Something missed at the marginal region makes people have it in mind for a long time.
Yes they deserve it but But India did not play badly, they were in form throughout the match so they should not be underestimated. Yes it is a big opportunity for Australia to won again world after 2020 they are already most successful team in the format of t20 cricket.
But I think England is going to be a big competitor for Australia this time Although England have not made it to the finals yet, their performance in the cup this year will see them go to the finals, and if they go to the finals, they will perform as competitors for Australia.

Yes they will regret very hardly and I feel sad for Indian women team and also the fans. In terms of their batting performance, run rate accuracy and run worm were all higher than the Australian women's team. I think the main reason behind their loss is the rapid fall of wickets by their top order and middle order batsmen. The last order batsmen were cannot perform for the  quick wicket fall of them even then it was also their bad luck today.
And Talking about the next semi-final I would say we are going to see Australia and England in the final.

Semi-final 1.  ICC Women T20 World Cup India Women Cricket Team vs Australia Women Cricket Team. In today's semi-final match, Australia women's cricket team won against India women's cricket team and qualified for the final. Australia Women's team batted in the first innings, setting a target of 173 runs to India Women's Cricket Team. Bharat Mahila Dal has completely failed to meet this target. However, the India women's top order batting performance could have done better. Then the Indian women's team would have made it to the finals

I would call it only bad luck and nothing else. We cannot take the credit away from the Indian team even if they have played too well in this game. A real disappointment for the Indian team today.

Also if you analyze both teams, the Australian women's team has the most allrounders in the team and therefore they have depth in both batting and bowling. Anyways unfortunately the reality is that it is the end of the journey for the Indian women's team today in the world cup.
At one point match was totally in indias hand before Harmanpreet Kaur run out after that India lost the momentum  but still they fought till the end . A good match played by both teams but obviously Australia Is unbeatable and strongest of all in this world cup.  Seems like this world cup will be with Australia at the end .

The match will start in around 4 hours from now. The venue is Newlands stadium in Cape Town, which has something for both the batters and bowlers. Australia would be the favorites by a distance, but given the recent form Indians would fancy their chances of getting into the final. News from the Australian camp is that Alyssa Healy is available for selection again, after the injury she suffered during the game against South Africa. India may go with the unchanged XI, or may bring one additional bowler in place of Devika Vaidya.
We might see a couple of changes in the Indian team as there are some reports coming that skipper Harmanpreet Kaur and Pooja Vastrakar are not feeling well. Mandana might lead the team if Harman is out.
Aussie complete squad is full of match winners so in the long run unavailability of 1 player hardly matters to them.
After hearing the news Harmanpreet Kaur, the Indian captain, and Pooja Vastrakar won't available then slightly have any chances left unless miracle happens. But, good news is captain Harmanpreet Kaur available, but Pooja Vastrakar remain absent. Even yet, it's highly doubtful that Indian women have any chance. Team Australia appears to be highly capable. At least according to history, the Australian women's team almost unbeatable. Australian ladies are challenging to defeat, but Indian bowlers are looking very aggressive. After winning the toss, Australia will bat first; let's see if Indian bowlers restricted them early.

The match is going on right now. Australia have won the toss and decided to bat first. 9 overs have been played till now. Honestly, I do not think Australia has done well enough in terms of the run rate. They have scored 59 runs in 9 overs. In my opinion, that is a little below average from a team that won the toss and chose to bat first. The best thing is they have only lost one wicket. So if they want they will be able to accelerate in the second half of the innings.

It is difficult for India to chase 172 runs. If they are able to keep wickets and also keep the run ratio at least 10 overs then have the possibility to chase the target run. But the fall of the 3 wickets early in the power play make bad impact and increased the pressure for the batsman. The power play is a big deal at this point. If the run rate can be increased in the first 6 overs, it can be big advantage for India team.
The target is really big to chase. India women can chase if they play responsibly handling the pressure. Till now India women have managed well, and the two strong pillars of India women Harpreet Kaur and Rodrigues on the crease gives the hope of winning the match. India women should not loss anymore wickets and in 60 balls need 80 runs which makes it possible.
The target was big but Indian women somehow managed to maintain the run rate , now they need 65 runs on 46 balls and 6 wickets still in hand . This is a tough match between both teams and probability of winning is equal .

In the match between Australia Women vs India Women, Australia Women batted first and set a target of 172 runs in 20 overs. If Australia Women could have done a little better in batting, they could have scored more runs. Now India Women came out to bat. 25 in 3 overs  Scored runs. But their Shakti Shali lost 2 wickets. If Australia Women can bowl well then they will have a big chance to win.

Indian bowlers are doing a good job but fielders are not supporting them with their mediocre fielding.

Dropping catches, misfielding every now n then. If Aussie reaches the 170-180 mark then the game is already gone for our girls.

Finally!
