After hearing the news Harmanpreet Kaur, the Indian captain, and Pooja Vastrakar won't available then slightly have any chances left unless miracle happens. But, good news is captain Harmanpreet Kaur available, but Pooja Vastrakar remain absent. Even yet, it's highly doubtful that Indian women have any chance. Team Australia appears to be highly capable. At least according to history, the Australian women's team almost unbeatable. Australian ladies are challenging to defeat, but Indian bowlers are looking very aggressive. After winning the toss, Australia will bat first; let's see if Indian bowlers restricted them early.

Yeah.. I was going through the social media posts and found that Harmanpreet Kaur is suffering from high fever. Pooja Vastrakar has been ruled out, as she is suffering from upper respiratory tract infection. I am not sure, but the symptoms sound like COVID. Radha Yadav had also visited the local hospital yesterday, due to some illness. Kaur and Pooja are crucial players in the Indian squad and if they are absent it will deplete the side against the Australians. BTW, any idea on who will replace these two, if they are unavailable?

The current performance of the India women's team is appreciable and at the same time Australia is definitely more stronger in batting and bowling. Australia women's team is in good form as well. One of the few positive aspects of the Australian team is that they always play an aggressive game. The BCB is yet to give enough importance for the women's game. As a result, the domestic structure for women's cricket is almost inexistent back in Bangladesh, and the women's team doesn't play matches very regularly. This is one of the reasons why the batters score relatively slowly during the ICC tournaments. There is simply no substitute for match practice. Fielding will also improve if they play regularly against quality opposition. Hopefully the ICC will step in and make arrangements for regular matches between the women's teams, similar to the way they introduced the ICC Cricket World Cup Super League.

But just because he has power, he is still in the position. And as long as that does not change, Bangladesh cricket is not going to improve.

Karachi Kings lost again today although they have played really good and they have kept the run rate under control but last over went against them when at most crucial time Ben cutting got out and they were left with 2 balls and 5 runs . I don't think that training with the men's team will be a good idea. Guys like Naseem and Shaheen are at least 20 mph faster than the fastest female bowler in international cricket. The women players are at a serious risk of injury, if they practice with the men. PCB has taken the initial step of organizing WPSL. Both PCB and BCCI were late to realize the potential of women's cricket and only now they are waking up from their deep slumber. Anyway from here, things can only get better for the Pakistan women, given that now the board as well as the PSL franchises are interested in their game.
