I got 2 tactics. 1, hold your all coins till see new pump. 2, sell your altcoins and buy tether, after the market falling, buy your altcoins again. It seems like daily trading, not easy to do but you can try.

It would depends on how is your style, if you as a trader then when it reaches -15% then they will sell them right away for cut loss and then buy back at the bottom. But if you able to follow that style maybe its better than holding.
