Actually they have some many ways or tactics that we need to doing to do if the market was falling.
For me ill plan for holding some of my coins that ill have if the market was continue to fall until end of this year and need also to buy some more of cheap price of coins in the market and holding them also.

I am a relative newbie but have remained pretty calm during the difficult last week or so. The markets are falling significantly again, is this still relatively normal and is the best advice just to HODL? Moving forward I think I will set stop losses on all holdings to protect my capital against falls like this.

Yes, the best thing to do when the market is falling especially if you bought when the price was high is to hold patiently till when the market recover and the price of the coin you hold rise to a high price for you to make profit, but if you bought when the price wan low and you hold on long term,if you believe when you sell your coin you will still make reasonable profit, you can sell it and buy back when the price is lower.

The best option in my opinion is not to panic with the current market state. If you had some promising tokens from some good ICO its better to hodL, if you had some extra cash its a good idea to bought a bunch of tokens, because its cheaper than before. That's the only benefit we can get from the current market better to exploit it.
Buy red and sell green, now we buy, we wait until the market go up and than we sell, we can wait days or months, no problem. If I don't sell I don't lose money

Yes, that is the best thing to do when the market are falling just hold your coins. Apply patience always and calm down so that you can think and make a right planned and strategy to don't lost your money. Instead of going to be panic just invest more your money in btc or alts buy now because the price is flag down in lowest value.

Yes i agree. Just stick to your plan and do not make any hasty decisions because the market is going up and down. Because it will always go up and down. Acting on impulse usually makes me loose money and not think rationally.
So when i buy a coin, i set a goal and i try to keep that coin until my goal is reached.
in case you are very confident to your tokens, you could buy them on the lowest, that may boom the benefit from them at instances. but now it's miles clearly tough to find suitable tokens, because the market does not allow even the high-quality to grow.
