Would be great to get on another exchange.

Having traded since 2013, I'v seen it all, I honestly can NOT think of any exchange I'd like to see TALK on. (Today)

Yobit and Nova are both "clunky" and have their issues, but they are established and most importantly offer Doge/Eth/Waves/Ltc markets.

Getting listed on 'major' exchange is impossible (unless you have 10-30 btc to grease the wheels) Wink

Getting listed on a pay-us-1-3btc exchange is stupid, they take your btc and then go Gox (Craptopia?).

Getting listed on a new but no volume exchange is Okay, but I personally wouldn't trade there, because I rather focus on the Yobit markets, because that's where the action is.

part 2.

My vision for 2019 is getting all the classic coins traded on one exchange / DEX platform.

Within a subset; TALK; We could organize all the viable RPC POS chains to have an exchange dedicated to POS chains.

This means the exchange management is not a God-Emperor; they would be a service provider; profit is not the goal.  The goal would be to serve the needs of The Proof of Stake Community, namely nodes, codes, and exchange facilities.

It sat in MAINTENANCE (for months);
then active for a few weeks but back to MAINTENANCE
then open again a few weeks (so quick to fix)
then MAINTENANCE (right now)

The positive is Yobit seems to be Maintaining the TALK client better, seem more aware of the need to reboot the client (which I suspect is the issue).

maintenance request form to bring it back online: https://yobit.net/en/maintenance_request/

CMC is listing only Yobit as the market, and Yobit is back on maintenance.  Would be great to get on another exchange.  If on Novaexchange, they don't allow US and some other countries.

Happy Holidays Indeed!   Cheesy

Happy New Year.

OPEN OFFER/BOUNTY 2019

1. Any dev to update code/wallets/github
amount: 1xx,xxx TALK purse
terms: 12 monthly installments to insure code is sound

2. Any dev to integrate BLOCKnet
amount: 5x,xxx TALK purse
terms: 3 monthly installments

3. Another block explorer (coinexplorers.net)?
amount: 0.1BTC
(will pay 1/3 share)

I'd like to increase your offer if you don't mind  Smiley

1. I will add additional 100 000 TALK for source code/ wallet update.

2. Will add 25 000 TALK for BLOCKnet integration.

3. Personally don''t think that we need another block explorer right now.

I reconfirm my offer.

Only caution that dev/coder must produce wallet before majority of bounty paid.  Also I stress that it must preform as functional for at least 90 days before full release.

Second would like to take time to evaluate best wallet to clone, since this is basically a copy paste project, I prefer wallets with coin control, stats, minting%, and block explorer features [all out there functional code], still need time to think but will suggest better wallets to github clone.

++pull the in wallet POW miner [not sure if even there] but if there needs cleaned out, since this causes havoc with the anti-virus software [POTcoin i am looking at you!].

+++pull check point ERR, maybe hardcode chainz BE as source to pull nodes?

++++the PINKcoin feature that allows auto payouts to another address, this could facilitate a masternode without actually hardcoding masternodes, the idea being you could elect (read democratic method) spend stakes % to supernodes as you wish.

Talk coin need to wake up in 2019 or Die forever!

Since this thread is a hub of information about staking coins, not just TALK, maybe we can form an assembly of competent people that helps good staking coins, including TALK, stay alive.

The BSV eye is on becoming google/mastercard.
Seems the intent is to market themselves to Enterprise as a "payment/invoice/inventory/logistics channel".
Blockchain database.

While BtcABC likely will win via the brandname.
Thus general consumers will use BtcABC as a cheaper way of sending bitcoin.
Which I think is a highly competitive market with 100s of ALT-shit-coins that can do the same cheaper and faster.

The big block wars are entertaining.  Blockchain Enterprise database, IMO, are nonsense at least for large Enterprise, because why pay-per-TX when you can use a nearly free in-house chain that is not public nor monetized yet still provide the distributed/failsafe of block tech.

In the end BTC finally realized the primary function is to just be a coin, a store of value.  BSV and BtcABC will take 5 years to figure out they to are just another coin.

In other news today...F-ing Craptopia Cry

the BUMBA is awesome.

random note since TALK is BTC centric, aside from POS chains.

BTC seems to be bankers bullion.  High fees per TX, lots of spin to include the others, yet only offers sidechain *cough ALT coin* **cough shitcoin solution**.

I've listened to SV arguments, and consider a wait 2 years and see, but the "ledger as commodity, spam is good, big blocks" ethos has merit.

So that leaves btcABC as waht?  Maybe liquidity, but then why not LTC?  Which actually has better and cheaper performance.

Also what happened to BCH?  Doesn't exist.

it may come down to legalities and marketing as to who wins.

personally i cant see the metanet as actually useful, big blocks with scripting sounds good, but an acutally useful blockchain bloated with personal photos and other spam data sounds unlikely.
the main issue i see with BSV is the same thing that BTC is trying to prevent, is centralised storage of chain data, google is a useful great big behemoth, but BSV becoming google is not my idea of great crypto - and when it bloats to the fuck it seems we will rely on some payment based gatekeepers to access it.

ignoring possible legalities, i see the big block war coming down to scripting.
with BSV committed to original OP_CODES BCH may win if they are nimble and add more useful OP_CODES

cw
He can, or rather could have some coins because he got into space early. It would be stupid not to buy Bitcoins cheap or mine them in the days when you could do it on your average laptop. He's greatly exaggerating his resources. He might have a couple million dollars to juggle but no more. People who talk much rarely deliver and Craig is very talkative. He insults and threatens people who don't agree with him. All this puffing and huffing and Satoshi's coins remain untouched.

in 2012.. i got in. i seen price histories of cents-a couple$ so seeing $6 my mindset and many mindsets of people was $6 was "not cheap"

hindsight 7 years on is NOW.. that $6 was cheap. but at the time people did not think things were cheap as they couldnt predict the future

also what proof is there that craig wright got into bitcoin "early".
all i see is that he made some tulip trust of public keys that anyone can do
also his drama started in 2013+[mainly 2015 onwards].. not 2008-2012

so id say he had no bitcoin prior to 2012

lastly the most important part..
craig wright has nothing related to bitcoin. so can we just side line him as old boring social drama of 2015-2018... and not bring his name up again in 2019

Ethereum’s roadmap to version 2.0, which moves the protocol from proof-of-work (PoW) to proof-of-stake (PoS).

TALK has been POS since 2014.  [5 years ahead of ETH 2.0]
ETH will push the POS architecture into public consensus.
BTC or POW architecture is nearly defunct, most chains have 51% pool capture.
Do the homework.

2019 looks good for POS Grin
