Great job on this tool, joker_josue. I had to test it right away and it really works fine. But the only question is, how long of these image are hosted because I very rarely save every image after posting them on bitcointalk. It might be good to have one dedicated tool to host images posted on bitcointalk, your tool is one of them.

imjr and its ilk all try to be everything and all it dose is make it harder to do what you want. this is about as close to "one click" as ive seen in a long time.

A lot of old topics get weird or meaningless without the images, and I think the best feature will be this.
I will do the tests, but I can already tell you that I will start using your site and if I need to I will make some suggestions.

I have been using https://imgur.com/ till now but there were some issues as sometimes the uploaded images won't load etc but now i will try this new tool and already bookmarked https://www.talkimg.com/
Already like the clean interface.
This is an outstanding accomplishment. I also see it as a service to the bitcointalk community since it is solely designed for us.
People who don't use bitcointalk can also use this talkingIMG and it will be interesting to see how quickly it becomes popular in the general public
First of all, congratulations on this tool @joker_josue! It never hurts such a vast community to have its own image hosting, but I do have some questions/remarks (some already shared):
- What will happen to the image database if something happens to you? Would you consider give access to another (trusted) user in the future perhaps?
- Are you considering backups in the future? It would be a tremendous loss if anything happens to the pool of images later down the line;
- How are you planing dealing with the exponential hosting costs of such service? Depending on various factors (# users, # requests, image sizes) you'll probably be looking to a hefty price in the long term. Even if you do accept donations sadly I believe you won't be able to achieve a balance at the end of the month (thus paying out of your pocket which isn't feasible long term).;
- Shouldn't the website be accessible only to bitcointalk users? Like everything on the Internet, as soon as it gets more attention surely people will start to upload dozens of images (and probably some illegal as well). I know that this would be easy to circumvent - basically anyone would just create an account here just to get free image hosting - but perhaps this could also become a tool that would only be unlocked whenever a certain amount of merit & activity was reached?
The way I see the verification happen is very manual - A user would input his/her username on your registration form and then perhaps you could have a username registered for the service here (like talkimgverification) that would demand a message to be sent from that username in order to verify that it was the owner who tried to registered in the platform.; - How will you control NSFW/illegal pictures being submitted (because it is the Internet right?). By user reports? Won't you get in problems if there are many submissions/reports of this nature? (one more reason to restrict this tool to members of our community);
- I'm unaware of the user page, but having the possibility to create groups of pictures and a gallery view would be a nice addition in the future (no idea if it is an easy implementation to do...);

It is also good to know that your new site promotes privacy which is very important to many members of the community.
But my only reservation is the inability to delete uploaded pictures. Sometimes one might make a mistake in the selection of the picture and will only discover it when it has been uploaded. I think there should be freedom to delete pictures easily without any form of difficulty.

After a few years of noticing how many images do not appear correctly in the forum or are very slow to load, not to mention the images that stop appearing after a few months or years, the TalkImg project was born.

Some of the worst things in forum for me is opening interesting old thread that is full of error images that can't be loaded anymore.
My suggestion is to add Delete button, if user decides to delete image himself for privacy or any other reasons.

Purpose ____________________
Provide a hosting service dedicated to the BitcoinTalk forum that is useful and practical for everyone.
It is intended that the images remain available in the forum, and have a fast loading.
Features ____________________
- All uploaded images can only be used in the forum (unless requested by a user; it can be done after an evaluation by joker_josue).
- It is only allowed to upload images in formats accepted by the forum (JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF).
- Images must have a maximum size of 2.5MB.
- Once uploaded, images cannot be deleted (unless you use the link generated at the time of upload, which is only accessible at that time).
- NSFW images are not allowed.
- No registration of user information is performed (only the IP is saved for spam control).
- All EXIF information is deleted by the system when uploading.
- Option in the code to embed the BBCode already with the actual height and width of the image (just choose "BBCode full fix HxW").
Long Term __________________
I have several years of experience with online galleries, and based on that experience I hope to keep this project online for as long as possible. Of course, we cannot predict the future, but what depends on me, this project will be maintained for many, many years.
Server _____________________
The server dedicated to TalkImg is located in the Netherlands, consisting of NVMe SSD disks guaranteeing the best read/write speeds.It uses LiteSpeed Web Server software, which guarantees better performance. And with AMD EPYC processors, so all information is processed as quickly as possible. This service is already assured for the coming years, with the capacity to expand whenever necessary.
Account ____________________
This service is intended for exclusive use on BitcoinTalk, in this sense only forum users can have an account on TalkImg, for this reason the account creation option is not active for the general public. Users who want to have an account should contact joker_josue by PM to request it. The request will be evaluated and if approved the account will be created.
Backups ___________________
- The server automatically performs daily backups that will be kept for up to 30 days.
- A ZIP is created weekly with all the new image uploads from the last week, which will be available for download for 15 days, here: talkimg.com/tempbackups/
new ZIP Tool _________________
Auxiliary tool, which allows you to ZIP images larger than 2.5MB. Compression is performed via PHP features, which can significantly reduce image quality. The image is automatically loaded, converted and sent to TalkImg, providing the link/BBCode to be used on the forum. This tool is still in BETA phase, and there may be errors.
