what is going on? you have the payment for both order I've made, the proof of payment has been sent 3 times, 2 by e-mail and one by forum to Martin with dropbox link. What is going on? Don't ask me again the proof of payment, it has already been sent several times!! I'm trying hard to be polite and calm but this situation has reached its limit.
you have now 3 choices:
1 -pay everything back,including our bank expenses.
2- shipp all the miners in one shipment and return part of the shipment money.
3- face the law, and believe that is in standby now.

Result:

3 messages that were properly answered,2 with everything they were asking (wire transfer), and one saying "we change the name to B***s M***er

Nothing else. Now We want the money back as soon as possible, we gave them till Friday to solve the issue and to choose wisely their option regarding my situation.

Update:
Jan 19th 2014 - status shows as payment accepted. Nothing shipped.

Marto, this is unacceptable, all good faith has gone.  This turns out more like a BFL situtation.

I'm also watching other forum threads related to Marto and most messages are of complaints about delivery.

I placed my order late September and paid by paypal, since then all I and many others got was promises, none of which are kept of course.

If my order isn't ready by Wednesday 22nd, I'll pursue legal action starting 23rd with paypal and then a lawyer to sue for damages and lost profits. At this point I don't care how much it costs.

I want what I paid for months ago. And please don't start with we are a small team with too many orders excuse. I want what I paid for in working condition.
