so people know, we are using a skype "tekcoin" channel to coordinate this fix, luckily we have been able to tap a talented "group" i have no worries they will have Tek working better than ever before too long.

Upgraded. Now waiting for client to stop saying checkpoint too old before I send my newly added coins from Cryptsy.
My pool is updated but I still get this message
"Checkpoint is too old..." message is normal, we are preparing TEK for autocheckpointing and the message just means that checkpointing server is not online yet.I just changed the code to not show this message, if you redownload the latest source it will disappear.

I used the http://downloads.truckcoin.net/misc/tekcoin-2.1.zip link. The second one. It says it is 500 blocks behind and won't catch up.
I know the devs are a bit busy right now, but fixing the source download link on the web page would be useful

if we are on right chain, will we need to upgrade? Anyone know what pool messed up?
Thundertoe will be the final arbiter on that, but I believe we will all need to update our wallets. The problem, as I understand it, is that the checkpointing is not working correctly. That's being fixed, right now. Don't know how soon it will be done, but I am one of the guinea pigs, so I'll keep y'all as informed as I am
