Scam only presents on Internet, you can find nothing official. I think somebody trying to make money from the air and create hype over Telegram, ICO, blockchain and similar. It is fun
All the bloggers are talking about telegrams at the moment, and they say that this project will enter the top 10 currencies. If I had money, I would invest myself in this project. Since this is the best chat at the moment, which created Durov.
If I had the opportunity to take part in the TON, I would not do that, because TON is a platform with full verification, is that why we came to the CCP? Think like real cryptoanarchists, we did not create currencies for this.

What don't you get with the fact this ICO is closed ? They did only pre-ico stage 1 & 2 then they stopped collected funds.

By the way, Pavel Durov is a master to arrange intrigues, so do not hesitate, he will draw the maximum attention to the project and put a record bar on charges for ICO. I do not think telegram has made an official statement to verify the TON ICO, I would advise that information on this be sought out appropriately before investing. However, if verified, I feel its going to be a laudable project considering the the huge success of the telegram application.

yeap, and they don't need ads... They have to make their own blockchain (and dns and so on).

Its a good step to a future of digital technology and this will help in promoting bitcoin and other cryptocurrency. if this can give telegram a success, for sure bitcoin will also be succeeded.
