I worry that only for only during 2 closed ICO rounds they already collected 1.7 billion dollars. This is not just ICO, but a full-fledged IPO. In addition, developers do not have a ready-made blockchain product. Let's see what the future prospects will be. But I do not believe in the huge growth of the projects which collect large amounts in an ICO.

Telegram ICO raised over $1.7 Billion until now and they plan on raising $2.55 Billion by the end of the ICO, this is just crazy. They don't need this kind of money, just a money grab.

Telegram raised $ 1.7 billion within the ICO of TON

The blockchain project of Telegram messenger attracted $ 1.7 billion in two rounds of ICO. This was announced by the project's founder, Pavel Durov, reporting to the US Securities and Exchange Commission. In the second round, $ 850 million was raised. The minimum investment of investors was $ 1 million.

I'm very sceptical about this TON ICO, if it's too good to be true then it usually is. If it's genuine then good luck to those who have invested in it but I'd rather miss out on an opportunity to gain $1000's than be assured of losing $1000's.

Don't worry they will make official article when time have come. They have one year to create their blockchain, you only look at the coin price guys, the real challenge is to make crypto useful every day.

In a world where there are social networks like facebook and instragram that restrict the cryptocurrency sector, there is finally a social network that believes in this revolution. I think this ICO will bring great benefits to the whole cryptocurrency industry

This is a bold move from Telegram. They are doing something right though. They raised so much money and still want to go further. I think that their team is serious and knows what is possible and what not. They probably made arrangements with those institutional investors, which is a smart move to do, because they will take the risk together.
