I will allow people not to chase the hype, if they want $2 billion, I believe I will get good value for my money when it hit exchange than buy on it, because to me the risk is higher than reward, people buy the hype will surely regret it
Actually, I have not seen any official announcement from neither Telegram nor Pavel Durov regarding the TON token sale. All the news is based on rumours.
Yes, I, too, not saw no evidence, that this IKO realistically. Everything is covered with rumors. Official comments like no one did. Am I wrong?

I think that this project will be unsuccessful in every sense. Already at the stage of collecting money Durov took investments from people from Russia, who might soon fall under another package of sanctions. The whole project is being created (is there any real work on it by the way?) Without taking into account the opinion of the community for which it is intended, huge numbers of initial investments with non-public bonuses ... I do not see any plus in this project.

Waiting for an official news from the telegram 
I believe in there ico but, they should meke some improvement about there transparency . No official info, no official announcement, nothing on their website,they should do something about this and make things more lively

A Telegram is not even needed for a whitepaper - everyone knows everything about it. The project of Pavel Durov has a ready infrastructure and a huge user base. The fact that Durov did not give out the keys to the special services of Russia shows his reliable attitude to his investors!

White paper is a must! No matter it’s Telegram or not.

There are not any offical informations about TON project from Telegram and Pavel Durov, and he also said that he has never knew about that name. Just unoffical news from community, so i think this is NOT Telegram ICO 
I think the Telegram ICO will be hugely anticipated there have already been 1 or even 2 fake sales so far GRAM being the most plausible. I would suggest waiting until you see any confirmed information through the official Telegram channels and not here nor anywhere else.
