it won't happen. they will allow to take part in sales only for big investors with packs of money. but there are still many other interesting ICOs.

The cryptocurrency market is experiencing a very bad period and this ICO of telegram I think can give a strong positive shock to the entire sector. I am sorry to read that it is open only to big investors because it was a project on which I would have definitely invested my money

I can't imagine this token not arriving at IDEX/ED for 1 or 2 cents (sooner or later).
