I haven't seen the official TON community in telegram earlier, and I guess I wouldn't see it before Durov's official announcement.
So come on, and have a bit of patience, don't make mistakes by participating in scam associated with Telegram ICO, like bonuses from our channel, or something like "we have our own investment fund and you can get more from this ICO if you will invest being a part of our community pool..." Etc.

Today there was information that Durov would return all the money. How ? Durov is not 100% sure of his project?

Well that's really a shady doing and they have actually an airdrop and their ico is totally insane. IMO, maybe I should visit their website and read the whitepaper so these will be all make sense. I just don't get it what project or upgrade they'll do in their app.
I wonder why would an App such as Telegram need to do an ICO in secret and then rumors and then another secret sale... it is jus too stupid to make sense. Can someone explain?
It is very unfortunate that it is not easy to participate in the Telegram ICO project. I think many ordinary users would agree to invest their in this ICO. But now it is necessary to find any pool for participation in ICO.
