I don't see a serious whitepaper there. Seems to be a lot of crap without sense gathered in one document.A serious one doesn't have to have to many pages, just clear definitions and a good and detailed roadmap.

I've been looking forward to TON's ICO, because telegram is my most popular software, and when it launches ICO, it's definitely worth the long-term investment.

I still have not found anywhere official information about the launch of the ICO. Durov only said that it is possible, if it is just so I will definitely participate and I think the fees for this project will be crazy.

Huge ICO, It can set up a precedent for other big companies.
This ico really promise, but their product have tons of user and they do not need to do ico. They can make some call and have lots of fund for that project. I will not try to enter this ico because it will hard to join.

i heard many times that its a fraud, what do you think, and i really dont know why did telegram have to launch an ico, just to raise money? does it matter with blockchain?
