For the past 30 minutes, there seems to be a large outage at Cloudflare, and Bitcointalk now shows the "Checking your browser" screen before I can view a normal page.

My apologies. Some services didn't start correctly after their maintenance ended.

The notifier for merited post shows the total merit count but it is off by 1.
Instead of 325.
Try setting your notification bot with the number of merit in your current profile. Based on Tryninja's previous answer, it should solve your problem. But since I don't have telegram so I haven't tested this notification bot.Instead of 325.

The notifier for merited post shows the total merit count but it is off by 1.
You can correct it by yourself. Use below command.
/setMerit X - corrects your cached merit count.

I must say the truth. This thread is more confusing than even the former thread. As it is I do not where start, to enter and to do. The first Thread at least to some extent explained the registration steps to kick start the alert and it was easy for me to follow up the steps but in this thread or link the OP recommended me to check up is confusing me the more. In fact I am lost. No explanation for the steps to set up the aert or notification bar. Again and again, I am on my knees begging 🙏🙏🙏 for the administrators and the Moderators to just add the notification and alert bar on the main Bitcointalk forum for easy access. So that once one login, he will see the mentioned and merits notifications on the bar.
Linking Bitcointalk reply and quotes notification to another or separate app. or websites is making the whole thing combersome. If this thing is here on the Bitcointalk bar all these procedures would be a stress to be. And also creating separate notification site for Bitcointalk will cost extra money. So why can't you just it here.

Recently, I was checking Deutsch board and I'm glad, I found this amazing bot. Seems it works well for everyone but there is a problem that I face. Does this bot sometimes miss the quotes? Maybe you are referring to merit notifications, rather than merit count.

If someone is fast with the edit and it happens within a few seconds (before the bot of TryNinja picks it up) it works. But this case is rare.

I am 99.9% sure that we have already discussed the topic in the D-A-CH area and there were also various tests. Unfortunately, I can not find this thread quickly.
So either we have tested then wrong or this feature is not always there.
But anyway, this is a great thing and I use this as an opportunity to update my DE translation.
