Delay is happening only for the sake of bear market else they could have listed it on good exchanges. My friend who worked for a project was finally known to be a scammer after his project reached the soft cap he was waiting for a long time to list the tokens on exchanges but it never happened and finally he realised that he was a scammer.

On your list there are some awesome projects that will distribute bounty rewards without a doubt. They are just waiting for the better market, because if they would pay hunters right now, they will sell everything and push the price to the bottom.

Delay in payment of rewards have been the experience of bounty hunters for some times now especially in this bear market, we can only hope that things will change.
Yes, i also hope that changes. Currently bounty hunters have to wait too long for their payment. If that does not change, i will not be bounty hunting for much longer.

I added 3 more on the list I will be checking more on the bounty thread, all of these finished ICO has one thing to say to their investors and bounty hunters, they are going to send after the market gets better, if we are not so lucky we are going to receive it by the second quarter or third quarter which is really bad.

We are in the bear market but still, some ICO managed to generate funds, but the big problem for bounty hunters is some ICO is not yet distributing their stakes to their bounty hunters, some even not specifying the date but giving the only condition on the distribution
one of this is Bitmillex, it is a huge success but bounty hunters would have to wait a month after token listing before they get their rewards.
What are the coins that are on your list?

The situation with rewards had been becoming complicated during the last year. Most projects even didn't present rewards. Nearly 10% of 50 projects paid but didn't enter the exchange!

Many projects say that token distribution is delayed because projects are SCAM. Many SCAM projects are unsafe on the information. Not all, there are also projects that delay the distribution of tokens, because sales have not ended or other unforeseen situations. Some projects that delay the distribution of tokens are KEPLER AND ELISIA. The legend says distribution will never be done because the projects are SCAM.

there are so many projects that delay the distribution of tokens, especially for bounty hunters, they reason because according to the Roadmap, or others, some of these projects include:

I participated in Xera Exchange, the bounty team abandoned them according to one of the telegram admins. XRR (XchangeRate) had a succesful token sale but they have not released bounty tokens since last year. You can also add AIVIA (formerly Nousplatform), they just released their Beta platform so hopefully bounty distribution will be next.
I don't know what's keeping XERA EXCHANGE, to distribute the bounty campaign they didn't even calculate the stakes so bounty hunters can see how many tokens they've earned all are coming soon, do we have the same devs on all of these ICO that delayed payment, they are uniting against bounty hunters not to send their payment.

I can't really understand this ICOs that ended why they keep delaying their distribution! What is the mindset behind this! The only thing that I can think about is that their fundraising was bad enough and for that, they are sure that the 1% of bounties will reflect badly on the prices. Anyway, I have a list of bounties that ended but did not distribute yet but because they still didn't end their ICO.
Im pretty sure it will affect really bad with investors and bounty hunters dumping their tokens, the result would be still the same, the price would hurt alot after hitting the exchange even without bounty hunters, i already seen this on other project im pretty sure the result would be the same. Each project has different policies about the distribution of coin/token to the bounty participants. You should not worry if the related project provides a valid announcement about when the bounty distribution will begin and as long as the team is still active.
There is also the project (but I forgot what the project is) that says postponed the payments can avoid dumping price of their coin/token by bounty participants.

These ICO's has a lot of alibis when in fact, bounty hunters are only getting 2 to 5% of the supply it will not harm the price, even if 50% of the bounty hunters dump their coin, what's going on their mind it looks like this is what happens to all campaign based on what I am reading here.

Projects that distribute the coins but cant manage to get listed on an exchange and disappear are way more common in my opinion. Hapoened in the last two projects I participated in.
This often happens at this time. Most projects failed because they could not do the project management properly and it was so bad that there was an ICO project which instead ran away to bring money from investors. I also experienced the same thing, but what I experienced was that there was an extraordinary dumping so that the token did not have a price and the developer party was not responsible. There must be a solution so that the ICO project can be successful, we must all face this together and we have to formulate a formula to deal with things like this.

In the middle of 2018 until now is very bad situation for bounty hunter, i joined alot of different article campaign and some of them did not pay me although i getting stake, and some project paid me, but i can not sell the token on the exchange because the amount is very low less than $10 equivalent. Bounty program is did not offer good reward now and the situation is very different like in 2017, that in that year we can earn reward up to $2000 amonth from bounty program.

I know so many people will want to agree that 80% out of the entire 100% project out there now are actually finding it hard to complete sales talk less of fulfilling bounty promises. Although, many had good intentions from the onset, but may be forced to go back on their words since things ain't going according to how they are planned.
Nevertheless, some crook projects are out there that really need to be dealt with. I participated in a project called envion in 2017, till today, nothing came outta it. So therefore, it's just too frustrating.

Some time ago I joined bounty securix.io and they have completed ICO by collecting around $ 7 million and they said they would be distributing this month but until now (end of month) I don't see their tokens on wallet https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-securixio-the-safest-token-in-mining-4744419
