ICO 95% is a scam, the remaining 4% is a 100-fold drop, the  price is less than 1/20 of the ICO price.
It’s hard for me now to even name ico which ended and paid money to hunters...

There are a lot of projects doing the same. As far I know, Vena has successfully funded its ico but it is also requiring at least 1 month before its distribution. They call it lock up period. I have also seen another one named profish.

In the past I've only seen bounties that won't pay due to not meeting the hardcap target or ICO hasn't ended yet so there will surely be delays ,I haven't seen any that hold funds after a successful ICO and if that is a must they will announced it

Projects that distribute the coins but cant manage to get listed on an exchange and disappear are way more common in my opinion. Hapoened in the last two projects I participated in.

Each project has different policies about the distribution of coin/token to the bounty participants. You should not worry if the related project provides a valid announcement about when the bounty distribution will begin and as long as the team is still active.
There is also the project (but I forgot what the project is) that says postponed the payments can avoid dumping price of their coin/token by bounty participants.

Grain.io: the ICO already over for a long time ago, but they postponed the payments with the reason of making a dashboard to distributing the token automatically to all bounty participants. I joined on June 3, 2018. But until now (around 7 months), I haven't got anything from their project.

We are in the bear market but still, some ICO managed to generate funds, but the big problem for bounty hunters is some ICO is not yet distributing their stakes to their bounty hunters, some even not specifying the date but giving the only condition on the distribution
one of this is Bitmillex, it is a huge success but bounty hunters would have to wait a month after token listing before they get their rewards.

What are the coins that are on your list?

I will update this thread for all those who will participate but be sure to come back here when you receive your stakes so we can take them down
be sure to provide the links to their announcement thread and bounty thread.

The List
Bitmillex
UCIM
HQT, SAM, Desico
Xera Exchange
Pdata
Ubanx
Chynge
You can see that when they are going to distribute their tokens on their bounty thread,if the distributed tokens to investors but not for the bounty participants then you may not need to worry about it,when no one received tokens for too long then it might be a scam.

Because of the market we are going to have a long list, it's better if you can provide the link to their announcement thread and bounty some of this will get into the scam sections because I read a lot of recently ended ICO that refused to pay their bounty hunters the most notorious is DESICO

I admire those bounty campaigns that keep moving and kept their promise to distribute at the agreed date but I also had a lot of ICO that I've participated that all they can give are just promise one of this is FORESTING  people are asking and they kept posting soon.

I joined recent bounties before and this year one of the bounties I've joined is taking too much time in distributing bounty and they kept on telling me that it is due to the market situation or there are focusing on their product. Probably, some ICOs just really suck and just a waste of time since they can't produce something better. And some ICOs are definitely good but people are not giving attention to it that's why it ends up as failure.

I have two bounty programs that still don't distribute the rewards to the participants. Ubanx and Chynge are on my list, the bounties have ended more than a month but the distributions are always delayed. I am not really sure the main problem, but seems one of the problem is about the market condition.

I can't really understand this ICOs that ended why they keep delaying their distribution! What is the mindset behind this! The only thing that I can think about is that their fundraising was bad enough and for that, they are sure that the 1% of bounties will reflect badly on the prices. Anyway, I have a list of bounties that ended but did not distribute yet but because they still didn't end their ICO.

I believe that most of those projects are looking for a better way of preventing their coins from dumping and invariable, trying to avoid  receiving complaints from investors.
Yet, even if bounty hunters are not paid, the coin will still dump. So there is no point holding back their rewards.

There are so many projects delay the distribution for the bounty hunter, and I think this is normal, sometimes 1month, 2months even more. And before you join you can see the rules. I already join in many bounty champaigns and its okay with that delay. There is nothing we can do except patient

How about coins that already distributed their coins but they locked it and it will 5 months before you can trade them, one example is LIKER they are a huge success, they sent bounty rewards but unfortunately stuck in your wallet for 5 months or more.

I joined several bounties that reached hardcap, but have not received payment. the reason they delay payment for bounties is to wait for the bear market to end and protect investors. I understand that all coins will be dumped if the division is done during this condition.

Pdata, this project has already finished its ico last and the distribution is not yet started. This one has been giving a promise to the investors to release the token in this month but it's not yet happened. Im feeling a big confused about that.

I am not part of their campaign but this one is over for a long time but still, the computation is not yet finished
Xera Exchange https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bountyann-xera-project-120k-to-reward-4879196 and they are boasting their exchange when they can handle their bounty properly because of incompetent bounty manager.

It takes longer for the projects to list their tokens on exchanges due to the market situation. Some of them on my list
are not paying the hunters and delaying the stake calculation and the distribution like : HQT, SAM, Desico...
