Anyway, is it correct that you only have one partner as of the moment - ntwd.cn? Are there more of this in the coming days? If you can manage to get more partners, it translates to the possibility that your coin might really have real application in Chinese industries.
You are correct in assuming that they are thread bumping. I guess they haven't seen the new directive by Theymos regarding thread bumping in the announcement section. TLDR, thread bumping doesn't work anymore. Anyway, their posts read like a FAQs thread.
