Mostly third day pitch having better condition for the batting same happened here, but we have good bowling from the West Indian bowlers against South African lower order as in just few overs they lost 3 wickets even lead is already crossed 250+ but things are looking favourable for the West Indies to lead from the front here in this match.

Medium pacer Seals having his 5th wicket as he bowled out Kyle Verreynne on 59 this is big wicket for the home side team now they need to take other wickets quickly because they are having good chance of win this game but if we have few more runs then we can expect good challenge from the South Africa because their bowlers are also doing good job in this series and here pitch is still having some support for the bowlers.

I think Pakistan should not have to take the Bangladesh team lightly because we just saw in the recent, what has happened with Indian team against Sri Lanka that is why that is the big lesson for the Pakistan team and also in the recent times, Pakistan performance was not up to the mark. They also lost to United States of America in the World Cup that is why they must have to play with equality against Bangladesh and try to win the series with focus.

The first match of this test series will be played at the Karachi National Bank Cricket Stadium where we may see a lot of fun and interesting ups and downs for both teams.

Today the third test day will start between South Africa and West Indies. So far, the South Africa is leading the score by 239 runs. I think today they have to play half day and then have to declare the innings in which they could make 300 as leading score.



If they would not declare the innings today and play the full day then once again this match could drawn because the target is too high for West Indies to chase so they will start to try to draw the match instead of chasing. That is why I think South Africa has made a very good score now and after getting a 300 to 350 lead, they must think seriously about declaring.

In 1 st test game of Bangladesh A tour of Pakistan series, both played very well and at last this game was drawn and no one won this game. Bangladesh A team did not bat good in both innings and they made 122 runs only in 1 st Inning and in 2 nd inning, they scored 153 runs. Pakistan A team made 367 runs in single inning. Umar Pakistan A team Batsman he made 177 runs in 211 ball with hitting 23 4s and three 6s. S Shakeel also showed excellent effort and made 76 runs in 132 balls with hitting nine 4s. M.Hamza in bowling side, he took down 3 wickets in 1 st Inning and gave 33 runs. In 2 nd Inning of Bangladesh a team, Hamza again dropped 2 batsman from pitch in 6.2 overs with 13 runs. Hope in 2 nd game, Bangladesh A team will show some better effort and try hard to beat Pakistan A team.

In the Bangladesh A team, there were many players who play for the main team and their struggle in the batting was disappointing. The only player who performed for the Bangladesh team was Mahmudul Hasan Joy in the first innings. 4 players out of 11 scored a duck in the first innings for Bangladesh.

While the scene was the opposite in the case of Pakistan’s first innings. Most of the batters looked consistent. Umar Amin scored a beautiful 177 runs. Bangladesh’s bowling also has been mediocre at best in this match. They have a lot of work to do.

In the 2nd innings, we could see the same old Bangladesh, where none of the batters could give a good start to the team. The only ones who had good scores were Zakir Hasan and Nayeem Hasan. Bangladesh’s struggle with batting is not a new problem. It’s been the case for many years. If they don’t fix it, in the future they might start losing against smaller teams as well.

Almost the last five test matches between Bangladesh and Pakistan were won by Pakistan and from the 21st of August the official series between them will start. We expect the Bangladesh A team to perform similarly to the Bangladesh national team.

Pakistan won the last match with 324 runs against Bangladesh but the problem was that both teams played their last test match in 2015 and now there is 2024 meanwhile after 9 years, both countries are going to face each other. In the 9 years, there was a lot of change in the team, and now Pakistan also has many types of changes in the squad right now if we compare it to the 2015 one and also there were most changes in the Bangladesh team. So, we can say that history does not matter much in this series.

Support for the pace bowlers might have gone down. But then South Africa has Keshav Maharaj. And then Dane Piedt and Aiden Markram can bowl quality spin as well. Till now, Gudakesh Motie has picked up 2 wickets for West Indies, which may give a hint that the track is becoming more spin-friendly. Anyway, Maharaj is in great form (picked up 8 wickets in the first match) and it will be a tough challenge for the West Indian batsmen to face him in the remaining days of this match.

Looks like pitch has gotten better as game went on, so there is some chance WI might play better in second innings than the first innings. Meanwhile, I find it surprising that Shamar Joseph took fifer in first inning, and in second none so far while Seales has been consistent in both the innings.

Kyle Verreynne remained unbeaten on 50 and Mulder remained unbeaten on 34. The South African team has already collected 84 runs from this pair. South Africa lost the fifth wicket for 139 runs. If South Africa do not lose any wickets in the first 10 overs of the next day, I guess it will not be a difficult task for the team to collect more than 300. But batting well at the start of the day and staying at the crease is a bit difficult on this pitch.

West Indies bowler Shamar Joseph bowled brilliantly in the first innings. Shamar Joseph took 5 wickets. But in the second innings we don't see better bowling from Shamar Joseph. Shamar Joseph has not taken a single wicket yet. But Seales managed to pick up three wickets. This match is unlikely to be a draw. As only 2 days have passed.

So far South Africa team has given a lead of 239 runs, but if the West Indies team tied the match in the first match, but according to the performance of this second match, it will be difficult for the West Indies team to equalize. Wiaan Mulder and Verreynne have forged a long-lasting partnership as the South African team survives with the loss of just five wickets. 
In between wicket keeper Verreynne collected 50 runs from 71 balls and Wiaan Mulder collected 34 runs from 66 balls. But the run rate of the South African team is very good, if they can perform like this for a long time, I think West Indies can definitely give a lead of 360 to 380 runs.

Keshav Maharaj is in exceptional form (we saw that in the first match) and adding to that the raw pace of Nandre Burger and accuracy of Wiaan Mulder, West Indian prospects look very dim at this point. 

West Indies had a big chance of winning this match. Because South African batsmen batted very badly in the first innings. South Africa's innings stopped at just 160 runs. It was completely unexpected. If West Indies could have collected around 250 in the first innings, they would have been able to dominate the match. But West Indies' performance was even weaker than South Africa's. West Indies collected only 144 runs in the first innings. The West Indies team was 16 runs behind South Africa.

In the second innings, South Africa's top order batsmen batted like fools. They are batting very responsibly. The team collected 223 runs by losing 5 wickets. The South African team has already taken a lead of 239 runs.

South Africa looks set to deliver at least a target of over 320. It will not be easy for West Indies to collect 300+ in the last innings. The West Indies batsmen's performance has been very poor and erratic in the Test format. South Africa will win this match. The chances of the match being a draw are also very low.

I also think that West Indies will not win this match. But there is one thing that is West Indies team is unpredictable and don't have consistency so they can perform well in the second inning.
By the way South Africa has lost 5 wickets and they have made 223 runs. In my point of view they will go above 300+ runs and if they will go above 300+ runs so definitely the lead will also go above 300 runs so this will be a difficult target for West Indies team. Because they got out all team at 160 runs in the first inning. So we can't expect a good performance by them.

With 5 wickets in their hand, South Africa are leading by 239 runs. Should be easy from now on. Another 60-70 runs on the board and they will be solidly on the driver's seat. And with Keshav Maharaj in lethal form, I don't have much hope for the West Indian batsmen in 4th innings. The second test is also going in the same way as the first one, but this time the Proteas are going to get a win. Overall, another disappointing performance from the West Indies, with some consolations here and there.

Today is the last day of the Test match between Sri Lanka and England and already the England team is batting well enough to win. In the first innings, Sri Lanka scored 139 runs, which gave England a very low target. To meet this target in the first innings, England team batted for 324 runs on the second day where they produced a remarkable score. Sri Lanka scored 306 runs in the second innings and they gave England a small lead which was too easy for them to win. England are batting in the second innings on the third day and they have lost only two wickets and collected 47 runs in 7 overs, still have enough wickets in hand they need to collect 75 runs for England Lions to win at this moment.

The West Indies team lost eight wickets on the first day of the first innings of the second match, but all the batsmen standing at the crease are mainly bowlers. And with the trusty batsmen out, West Indies will not be able to take the lead in this match, with South Africa bowlers heavily outclassed and under pressure, forcing them to lose wickets. The wickets have been so high that those who performed well in the second innings of the first match to level the match essentially performed poorly in this match.  So the West Indies team is likely to lose this match due to lack of reliable batsmen.

In the second innings of the first match who performed well for the West Indies team but the second batch performed the most. There is not one patient player who is ready to go out for a long time, although the bowling side of the West Indies team performed well and often wore down the South African team. 

But in the last minute, the West Indies team was more destitute, they were trapped by the South African bowlers. Due to which the chances of West Indies team to win this match are very low, the West Indies team is on the way to losing all the wickets in the test match on the first day.

Oh baby it's shamer Joseph supremacy, he took one of most important south African batter and restrict them below a very low target according to south African team potential, they hardly just scored 160 despite having far away better and experience player then West Indies but while second innings just like as usually west indies failed and not even match the required which is an strong indication of bowling friendly track.
But now in south African second innings things are looking under his control despite some unexpected collapse in thier middle order but still they mange things and now a very important partnership of more than 80 runs between Kyle Verreynne and his partner will really alive South Africa team hope to be in the game and divert results in thier favor. Now let see how long they will continue that partnership and how bigger lead they will get

No doubt this young bowler Shamar Joseph is the new hero for the West Indian team in bowling, but things are not favourable in batting because they are having worst ever performance in last few test matches with most chances if South Africa able to have taken lead into this first inning we can expect troubling time for the West Indies Jason Holder is always last man standing but no one giving him support which is the biggest problem for them.

Pitch is seam friendly and West Indian bowlers done good job, but South African bowlers were also on mark in their bowling and bring back their team into game through having 7 wickets under 100 runs now today first five overs are going to be important for both sides if South African bowlers able to have take wickets then we can say West Indies is out of the game.

I have already predicted in a previous post of mine that West Indies will not going to able to do more than 130 run but they did they cross the 130 but couldn't make much score.

Anyways as expected South African doing good than the first innings batting performance right now they are in 185 and they lost their five wicket till now.

And South African team lead by 201 run now. And what I think about this innings if they can continue their performance like this then it could be possible to cross the 250 run in this match and which could be a big pressure to West Indies team.
