One of the main reasons behind Pakistan's defeat in the first Test match was the terrible bowling of the bowlers. None of the bowlers in the squad performed well. As a result, England was able to collect big. Moreover, although the Pakistani batsmen batted well in the first innings, their performance in the second innings was very poor. As a result Pakistan team was defeated.
To be honest in my view bowling lineup is not only responsible for that defeat because as we know pitch hasn't any turn or help for bowlers so after that statement how can we make them responsible for that defeat and put entire blame on them, it's true that their batting lineup scored 500 but it wasn't much for them especially on that track in such terrible condition. Anyway today they have second test match of the series where they drop some of thier important player like baber , Shaheen, Naseem etc which was totally unacceptable for whole nation but now the debut guy done phenomenal and scored his first ever century in international career, while the total target is 250+ so I believe they will scored 400 around if able to build some vital partnership and then may be as usual follow his previous match footsteps😢.I blame the Pakistani bowlers. Because if the Pakistani bowlers could have bowled well in the first innings then the England team would never have collected 800+ runs. England scored 823 runs for the loss of just 7 wickets. On the other hand, we have seen the performance of England's bowlers. England's bowlers were able to bowl well in the second innings as Pakistan lost all their wickets for just 220 runs. If the Pakistani bowlers were able to bowl as well as the England bowlers, this match would undoubtedly have been a draw. I think Pakistan would not have been defeated if the Pakistani bowlers could have bowled a little better.
