Joy failed to score any runs and Shanto was dismissed for just 6 runs. Batting with a target of 511 runs, the Bangladesh team has made such a terrible start. Sri Lanka is now playing extremely good when therefore we get out at around 100 I thought that there will not gonna able to touch 200 only on the second innings in this test match. But again the dhananjaya de silva took his century and save his team. And he did his duty well. Also on the other hand Kamindu Mendis is playing very well today he is 165 runs I think he will last till last. And I definitely want to say that Bangladesh is the winner in this match

We all might be looking at another Test match defeat for the Bangladesh team.The way Sri Lanka is batting and scoring runs, it seems that it is completely impossible for Bangladesh to win this match, maybe Bangladesh team's target will be to draw this match. This test match is going out of Bangladesh's reach as much as the Sri Lankan batsmen are making runs. Dhananjay de Silva and Kamindu Mendis are the biggest the enemy for the Bangladesh team as both of them scored a century in the first innings as well as they both completed a century in the second innings as well. These two Sri Lankan batsmen have put the Bangladeshi bowlers to the extreme test mainly because of their batting performance, Sri Lanka has built a mountain of runs against Bangladesh.

Sri Lanka have already given a lead of 430 runs from the Bangladesh team, they are not all out yet, maybe they can declare an innings. The lack of experience in the Bangladesh team had a clear impact on their bowling in the first and second innings against Sri Lanka in the first test match.

Yes those two Sri Lankan batsmen were the biggest obstacle in front of Bangladesh and they played a big innings showing their strength. Sri Lanka team is 221 runs ahead of Bangladesh now but they have one more day to play and with five wickets in hand maybe this target will be much bigger for Bangladesh. Today the Bangladeshi bowlers will have to bowl much better and they will have to aim so that the Sri Lankan team cannot give them a target of more than 300 runs. The more Sri Lanka scores 300 runs the more difficult it will be for Bangladesh to cross that mark.
But the good news for the Bangladesh team is that their all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan is returning to cricket in the second Test match against Sri Lanka. In terms of bowling, the Bangladesh team is not able to put pressure on the Sri Lankan team in any way. Because basically the bowlers have gone to the IPL matches due to which Sri Lanka is getting a chance to score runs due to bowling in these Test matches.

For SL, 5 wickets are still in the piggy bank but if we go by their 1st inning performance then I don't think their tail could move the scoreboard much so they would again expect Dhananjaya and Kamindu to contribute with the bat. Bangladesh always have such mine fields for the test matches, there must be some better pitches for the test.

Those top order batters are already in the dugout and we shouldn't forget in the first inning Sri Lankan went from 258/5 to 280/all out.

Still, there is a chance that they could reach the 300 mark but it mostly depends on Skipper Dhanajaya and Kamidu because so far, only these 2 scored a ton in this match. No complaints on the pitch from my side.

1st inngins is over between Bangladesh & Sri Lanka test match.. Sri Lanka did 280 runs and Bangladesh did 188 runs. Sri Lankan player Kamindu Mendis, Dhananjaya de Silva both have scored century but Bangladesh condition was too bad that no player was seen to score half-century. After 31-3 runs and wickets, I haven't thought that Bangladesh could cross 150 runs but bowlers scored more than top batsman, Taijul Islam did 47 runs. Well 2nd inngins is started and Sri Lanka have done 119-5 runs and Kamindu Mendis, Dhananjaya de Silva still available for bat. So this time score might be higher again which will make bangladesh too hard to win
