True today 1 st unofficial test series game was started and 1 day already ended. First Sri Lanka A team won toss and they got a opportunity to take first bat or bowl lineup and Sri Lanka A made a good decision by taking bat first according to my experience because their 1 st day effort was brilliant and Sri Lanka A team scored 372 runs in 87 runs by losing 7 wickets. I know some Batsman did not perform well but what about the effort of these batsman L.Udara, Dinusha and Randika. L.Udara first played good and this batsman hitted eleven 4s in his lineup and scored 65 runs in 67 balls. S.Dinusha still continuing his bat lineup and in 1 st day he scored 126 runs in 178 balls with hitting thirteen 4s. Randika also dismissed by Zarda bowler but he made 63 runs. Their team effort in past series ODi and T20 was excellent and now they played same attitude and same effort. Now still 3 wickets left and hope Sri Lanka A team will grab some more runs.

James Anderson is a true legendary player. He extended his Test career so much that he took 700 wickets in his Test career playing 348 innings for the England team. Perhaps this was another major milestone in his career as he still stands as the highest wicket-taker among his countrymen in the Test format. Another teammate of his is Stuart Broad, he retired a few days ago, he is also a legendary player of the England team. Steward Broad played 309 innings for England and took 604 wickets.

James Anderson is the third highest Test wicket-taker in the world till date. Before him, two of the world's best spin bowlers Murthia Muralitharan and Australian spin wizard Sen Warne. James Anderson's departure will really hurt the England team as it will take a long time for another player to replace him.

He's a legend and we won't witness this sort of longevity from any fast bowlers but IMO he should've retired during the last Ashes. He was a big disappointment in the Ashes and that too on home turf.

The Indian tour wasn't good either and felt like a big letdown. Against 2 strong opponents (Aus and Ind), he picked only 15 wickets in the last 8 matches.

If we talk about the ODI series then we have to say that Sri Lanka A performed very well in the first three matches with batting and bowling and defeated Afghanistan A by a huge margin. Test match will be very exciting. Exactly we also not thinking that they will perform like this. If we took a look on the squad so squad is good. But the main problem is that they don't have consistency. If a player is doing well in one match so in the next match he will be zero. So they must have consistency in players. That is the issue in batting line. Bowling line of Pakistan team is muchs better as compare to the batting line. There are good players in Pakistani team but they need more practice if they really want to stand in front of the strong teams in ICC World Cup.

Looking at the squad, it certainly seems that Pakistan women's team has performed much better in the past and won the matches. But if we look at their performance against West Indies, we will definitely understand that they have lost every match due to the poor performance of Pakistan women's team. Pakistan Women's team did not achieve good success in T20 series and ODI series against West Indies. Pakistan Women's team won one match out of five T20 matches due to luck. The batting failure of Pakistan women's team was clearly exposed in the tour of West Indies so they must focus on their batting otherwise there will be many problems for their team in future.

There is no doubt in Pakistani cricket we are having too many extraordinary players which give their best for the team in past and also ready to give their best in future as well but sadly due to political influence and persona ego's we are having too many troubles which are hurting them, and we are also having no system which helps youngsters to give their best and fix their mistakes in early stage of their career which is another setback for them.
Even we all know here we have good funds and all things available, but mostly political influence never helps these players as they needed to be so we are much behind from many countries with if PCB management able to fix few issues still this team can stay into top four in all formats which could be not bad for them, but nothing positive is happening and having any chance in near future which is the darkest side of this all system.

Basically this series was a warm up series and of course the performance of Pakistan team was not admirable. But the purpose of this series was to check the team. And focus on the mistakes of the team. Which can be fixed by practicing more. And I really hope that Pakistan will focus on it and will make a good comeback in upcoming matches.
Pakistan has good bowling line but they need more practice means Muhammad Amir was not playing like he played before the case. He needs more focus on his bowling. And I hope will comeback with aggressive bowling if he will do more practice and focus on his bowling issues.

Update regarding the new pay structure for Ranji Players.

A New suggested proposal advocates that if any player features in 10 or more Ranji matches then he should earn 75 Lak INR to 1 Crore INR, depending on seniority etc. Atm pay is 15-22 Lakhs INR so it's almost triple. The worst case scenario they will get a double increment, hope BCCI finalizes everything and implements this in the next season.

Indian domestic players may earn upto INR 1 Crore

It doesn't bring any revenue, and it actually impacts the revenue earning capability by eating up the calendar and getting players injured with the heavy workload.

Yes you are right they have not been playing as well as they did when Misbah ul Haq was captain. Misbah led team to success and broke records. Without strong leader we know that it is hard for team to compete at high level. To get back to their former success Pakistan need to make big changes to how they manage team and choose players. They should focus on picking players based on merit and making sure they feel proud to represent their country. But being a Pakistani I know corruption is everywhere. So I don't think so they select the players on merit base.

Biggest issue in Pakistani cricket and sports is poor management we have no professional peoples those can handle this all just because of this Pakistan is now having no hopes of quality sports in country with things are going from bad to worse political influence and personal egos are also having serious troubles merit policy is zero few months back in Asian Games we have tennis players those lost without having any point due to both were over 40+ just imagine how things are going.
Cricket is only sport which is having something to cheer but sadly due to Indian influence in ICC this is also going down as no big team is coming in Pakistan, and they are also having no power to attract teams with quality players, so things are not positive even Pakistan is good in test format but due to internal issues and lack of leadership now things are going down without having any positive hope of rise.

You are right I agree with you because the current state of play of the Pakistan team will be partly responsible for the political situation in the place. We all more or less know how the political situation in Pakistan is, their political situation has affected the players due to which the players are not performing so well through various professions. As the political situation in Pakistan worsens, it is not expected that the playing condition of Pakistani cricket will improve much as many criticize that even the Pakistani players are not being paid properly. If a players is not paid on time then surely the attention of that player will be less for the game so going to the Pakistan players should be well supported so that they can play impartially.
