After having impressive performance against New Zealand in last home test series expectations were high from them, but they have done shameful performance in this first test match and having humiliating defeat which is surely needed to bring new below for them because in both innings they completely fail to have any impact which is surely big decline into their batting strength their quality players are out which mean they need to act quickly for having some better things which increase their confidence and performance level.

In first inning, Tajul have some resistance but then in second inning we have only Momin ul Haq with no support for these in both innings bring huge disaster and huge below for the Bangladesh test format because now many are feeling ICC needs to revoke their test status which is best for the game quality because we have no high hopes from them for any improvement.

The 1 st test game between Bangladesh team vs Sri Lanka team was ended today when 1 st Inning was overed this game I knew that Bangladesh have a big problem and they have highly chance to lost this game. Bangladesh team faced this lost very poorly and lost game by 323 big margin of runs. In 2 nd inning of Sri Lanka team, Bangladesh team was failed to stop Sri Lanka team for scoring 418 runs and this was the big number. Today game, D.Silva wa the player of game and he played very well in both innings. In 1 st Inning, D.Silva made 102 runs and in 2 nd Inning again D.Silva scored 108 runs. K.Medis also performed great in batting Inning. Unfortunately, after great win in ODI series, Bangladesh team did showed good effort. 2 nd and last game of test series will play after 5 days

In the first test match, Sri Lankan team managed to win brilliantly, Sri Lankan team's batting and bowling performance was excellent due to which they beat Bangladesh easily. Right from the start, the Sri Lanka team had a good batting performance and the bowling line was very good due to which the Bangladesh team could not meet the targets given by Sri Lanka properly. Batting on the fourth day, the Bangladesh team was bowled out for 182 runs and lost the first Test match to Sri Lanka by a huge margin of 328 runs. Bangladesh team had bad bowling line and batting line due to which they could not cope with Sri Lanka, but Bangladesh must improve their game if they are to win the next match for Sri Lanka. The batting performance of the Sri Lankan team was dominated by brilliant centuries from Dhananjaya de Silva and Kamindu Mendis. These two players scored amazing runs which led Sri Lanka team to win by such a huge margin however everything was good in the team which led to victory against Bangladesh.

Bangladesh were eventually all out for 182 runs. Only Mominul Haque performed better for Bangladesh, he was unbeaten on 87 runs. Mehidy Hasan Miraz also performed a bit better, he was dismissed for 33 runs. Besides, all other batsmen's performance has been very bad. Five batsmen of Bangladesh were dismissed for 0 runs, Mahmudul Hasan Joy, Shahadat Hossain Dipu, Litton Das, Khaled Ahmed, Nahid Rana all were dismissed for 0 runs. Bangladesh batsmen should have batted patiently, playing test matches means playing patiently and patiently. The Bangladesh team lost Taijul's wicket at the beginning of the fourth day. Bangladesh lost one wicket to add only 4 runs to the scoreboard. It does not seem possible for Bangladesh to collect 100 runs. If Mominul Haque gets out, Bangladesh's innings will end very quickly.

Bangladesh team should host only ODI and T20 series. And organizing Test series against teams like Zimbabwe, Nepal or UAE. Hosting a Test series for Bangladesh is a waste of money and time. The second Test match of this series will be held on March 20. Another terrible defeat awaits Bangladesh.

I mentioned in my previous reply that I can't expect quality cricket from Bangladesh especially after such worst performance and sirilankan don't need to give a 400 around target because it will be proud moment for them to chased just 200 as they can't even chased a 200+ target in first innings, but anyway I am really surprised from the lower middle order batter to scored back to back hundred in two consecutive innings, to be honest it's quite difficult for any tail under to scored when thier most important top order batter got dismissed so I think it's huge achievement itself for this player. Now looking to the scoreboard Bangladesh already lose his five wickets and still they has to chased down 450+ target which is impossible unless any miracle happened.

Poor Bangladesh! They must be feeling like it's an away series for them.

First, they got belted by 2 visiting batters throughout the match and visiting bowlers outbowling them by a mile on their home turf. Bangladeshi cricket was already struggling but once you start losing at home convincingly, it means you are losing the plot completely.
