Patience and hard work are the keys to success.
India is in danger, they can lose this game too, they have to make more than 150 runs while they have just three wickets left but the good thing is that they can make it if they will play slowly and would not try to play fast and push it too hard. If they play with patience then can make it to victory as two days are left in this test match.
However the New Zealand bowlers have other plans, they are on fire and I think they will not allow Indian team to chase this score. It was another bad innings for the Indian team losing 7 wickets and making only 200 runs.  Huh

India is certainly performing very poorly as a team. In the first match, although India showed some hope in the second innings, they lost the match due to their poor first innings performance. But they did not perform well in the first and second innings in the second match and could not even create a chance to win. They certainly disappointed the Indian supporters beyond their expectations. A 2-0 series loss must be difficult for the Indian cricket team and supporters to accept.

Especially I expected a bit more on Virat. Not only me, the entire cricketing world looked up to Virat's bat during such a slump in India. But Virat continues to disappoint his fans one after another. Virat's recent form is not going well at all. I find it difficult for Virat to be consistent for his age. Maybe he can do well in a few matches but if you expect consistency, you will be disappointed. For such a star player, I think it is better to end the cricket career. What do you think?

Pakistani team has two legends at this time. And you all know that I am talking about Sajid Khan and Nouman Ali. Didn't you see the batting and the bowling of these two players. In the first inning Sajid Khan collected 6 wickets first and in batting he was was more surprising I was thinking that they are playing a ODI match may be. Hahaha. Just he hit 4 sixes in his 48 runs journey and also 2 fours. He is the only one who hit most of the boundaries. And just like him Nouman Ali also made 45 runs. And he was also good in batting and bowling. And clear chance is that Pakistan will win this match easily. Smiley

Pakistan won the second game too and Saud Shakeel was named as the player of the game but I think Sajid Khan deserves to be the player of the match as compared to Saud Shakeel because Sajid Khan did wonderful bowling and helped Pakistan through the victory.

Saud Shakeel made 134 runs but also at the same time, Sajid Khan did good batting too, he made 72 runs but the thing that explains he should be the player of the game on his all around performance, he was hit by a hard bouncer even his shirt was filled with blood in some parts but still, he was playing and I don't know but I have listened that he has stitches but was still playing, maybe I am wrong in this but I have listened to it on social media.

If India can meet the target of 359 runs today, then they will win this match today. Moreover, if India does not win this match today then they will definitely lose the series and New Zealand team will win the series. We have seen that New Zealand team won the first match in a great way, and they still have the highest chances to win the second test match as well. On the third day, India scored 184 runs and lost 7 wickets. Indian team batsmen are batting under a lot of pressure at the moment. I think they will be all out very soon. India still needs to collect 175 runs to win, moreover they don't have good batsmen and New Zealand team has good bowling line, so they will all out India very soon today and win the series.

Rishab Pant could not add any runs to the scoreboard in this innings. I will not be surprised at all if Rishab Pant is not in the Indian squad in the upcoming series.

I don't think it's right to drop Pant due to few failures, it'll get the team nowhere. Pant made 99 in second innings of first test and he's also a good wk. There are only two choices for wk in test which is Pant and KL, and Pant is better choice IMO.

When Jaiswal and Gill were on crease India was looking good but what a disaster after lunch. Jadeja-Ash on crease, make a miracle please.

India has mountains to climb but it's not impossible. In 2007-08, India successfully chased 350+ against England but still, history tells us it's not an easy job on the 4th-5th day deck.
I won't expect much from senior players (Rohit-Kohli) but I'd love to see some resistance from young players like Jaiswal, Gill, Pant and Sarfraz. Also, want to see Washi up in the order above Jadeja-Ashwin. These young players need to step up massively in this chase.
Is the target of 359 runs too big for India? I don't think so.
India has resources but it's 4th day turning track and it's a hard task, not impossible though.
In Indian pitches match gets decided in just 30 minutes of bad cricket because wickets fall in clusters, that's what sums up India's 3 last innings in this series.
3 back to back batting collapse.
1st inning of 1st test - 46 all out
2nd inning of Ist test - 406/3 and then collapse 462/all out
1st inning of 2nd test - 50/1, followed by collapse 156/all out

It is probably not possible for India to make a comeback in this match. India has already lost 7 wickets and the Indian batsmen still cannot collect 200 runs. India started the innings very well. But after 127 runs, India started losing wickets quickly. The performance of the middle order batsmen was not good today.

Yashasvi Jaiswal played an excellent innings of 77 runs off just 65 balls. But no Indian batsman could help Yashasvi Jaiswal. Rishab Pant has been in very poor form in this series. Rishab Pant could not add any runs to the scoreboard in this innings. I will not be surprised at all if Rishab Pant is not in the Indian squad in the upcoming series.

Jadeja and Ashwin are now at the crease. India need 179 more runs to win. It will not be possible for India to win this match. India might have been able to win the match if the middle order batsmen had batted well.

Disappointing dismissals of Pant and Kohli, both balls deserved to go to boundary. Indian fielders looked complacent in field. India lost the first game, they must win this match to level the series, I don't get why they are playing like this.
I still believe KL Rahul would have been appropriate in the place of Sarfaraz.

I mean no one sane would have picked pick KL over Sarfaraz considering Sarfaraz made 150 in first test match, and KL is having a bad run at the moment — fail at home stadium in two consecutive innings, that's bad.
Yashasvi Jaiswal's early T20 style batting seemed to give India a good start in the innings, but when the batting disaster happened later, India's confidence started to fade away. Now maybe it is not possible to win but it would be better if some miracle can be done to draw the match. Only time will tell if India can draw the match with Mitchell Santner's bowling spin.  Now that Sarfraz Khan and Washington Sundhor are on wicket, a huge responsibility has fallen on them. Rishabh Pant collected a total of 18 runs in 2 innings i.e. scored a golden duck in the second innings. India didn't expect anything like this from Risab Pant.

The England team performed very well in the first match of this Test series, but in the second match and the third match they performed very poorly. And in the end Pakistan team won by 2-1 mess, winning by 9 wickets with the biggest margin in the third match. Two Pakistani bowlers, Noman Ali and Sajid Khan, left England completely helpless in the second innings of the third match. Because of these two bowlers, the attacking batsmen of the England team broke down very easily. The top-order batsmen collapsed in desperation due to which the later batsmen could not withstand the pressure and England scored 112 runs. But Pakistani team players won this game very easily, this match was very easy for Pakistan team.

Well... India needs another 218 runs, while New Zealand needs 6 more wickets. Even at the moment, I think New Zealand has the upper hand. Washington Sundar and Virat Kohli are at the crease, and they need to stay there if India wants to save the match. And Mitchell Santner is just unplayable. So far, he has picked up 10 wickets in this match. But the advantage for India is that Ajaz Patel from the other end has proved to be very incompetent.

Pakistani Spin bowler's are on top and best so far Noman Ali and Sajid Khan magnificent bowlimg performance in second inning of this test match. England lost the 5 wickets in just 70 runs. England trail by 7 runs so far and they lost half of its team. Harry brook last hope of England is out after scoring 26 runs. Joe Root is batting at 25 runs Jamie Smith first inning hero joined now after the wicket of England captain ben Stokes. Pakistan bowling performance is outstanding especially Noman Ali picked 4 important wickets by just giving 28 runs and Sajid khan also pick one wicket. I think this test match is over in 3rd day because Pakistan just needs 5 more wickets and i don't think england will scored a lead of 100 runs and its easy for Pakistan to chase down target and hot favorite to win this test match and series.
England's batsmen could not bat well in the second innings, eventually getting all out for 112 runs. Harry Brook and Joe Root both scored the highest runs, Joe Root was dismissed for 33 runs and Harry Brook was dismissed for 26 runs. Both Noman Ali and Sajid Khan bowled brilliantly, England's batsmen could not play big innings in front of their aggressive bowling. England eventually set a target of 36 runs, which Pakistan easily won by 9 wickets. England won the first test with a great performance but could not perform well in the 2nd and 3rd matches. Pakistan won the series by winning the 2nd and 3rd Tests.

I didn't think England would bat so badly. England could not bat well in the first innings against Noman Ali and Sajid Khan. The England team failed to do well against these two bowlers in the second innings as well. England team lost all the wickets to collect only 112 runs. Noman Ali took 6 wickets and Sajid Khan 4 wickets in the second innings. England scored 267 runs in the first innings but played very badly in the second innings. England's batsmen have given a small target of only 36 runs.

A target of only 36 runs is impossible to win. Even if the target was 150+ it would not have been easy for Pakistan to win the match. But now Pakistan will reach the target of victory very easily. Noman Ali and Sajid Khan performed well in this match. Noman Ali took 9 wickets and Sajid Khan 10 wickets. Also in the first innings both these batsmen have done excellent batting. Sajid Khan managed to collect 48 runs and Noman 45 runs.

Is the target of 359 runs too big for India? I don't think so. Because in the first match we got to see India's strange batting. After scoring 46 runs in the first innings, India managed to score more than 460 in the second innings. There is nothing surprising in the repetition of the same incident.

India managed to collect only 156 runs in the first innings. This is a very small collection. However, Indian batsmen batting well in the second innings is not surprising. India has this capability. Every batsman in the squad is very talented and experienced.

Before the lunch break, India scored 81 runs in just 12 overs. The Indian team is collecting an average of 6.75 runs per over. Indian batsmen are batting very aggressively. But Rohit Sharma can't bat well even today. The Indian captain was able to collect only 8 runs.

Rohit out quickly yet again. Hope Kohli lasts longer. This test has basically become an ODI at the moment where the odds are still 50:50 at the moment thanks to Gill and Jaiswal forming a great partnership currently.

New Zealand still hold the advantage, but never rule India out in such extremely high pressure situations. Draw is out which means that one of these teams will definitely end up winning.

Yes you are right Pakistan cricket team has two superstar players. Sajid Khan and Nouman Ali. They are playing amazingly well. Sajid took 6 wickets and then surprised everyone with his batting. Like you already mentioned he scored 48 runs hitting 4 sixes and 2 fours.  Nouman Ali also did great scoring 45 runs. Both players are excellent at batting and bowling. Excellent performance Sajid and Nouman and Pakistan is likely to win. They have brought new energy to team and shown how talented Pakistani cricket players are. Pakistan has a great chance of winning because of them.

Oh no, a few more runs could have been added to New Zealand's score if not for the fall of the last wicket. Two runs were easily taken especially but if William O'Rourke had given the drive the run out might not have happened. Could have easily completed this run from the non-strike end but was run out only due to lack of experience and no plan to deliver the drive. However, with New Zealand taking a lead of 358 runs, it will be difficult for India to top this lead and there will be no draw as there are still three full days to go. It will be difficult for India to bat for three days because if Santner's ball gets a good turn then like New Zealand, India can also have a batting disaster.
Yep, In second innings New Zealand team lost their all wickets on 255 runs New Zealand lead by 358 runs in first session going off day three captain Tom Latham played brilliant innings of 86 runs while Glenn Phillips played unbeaten innings of 41 runs. Excellent bowling by Indian bowlers Washington Sundar took four wickets while other bowlers also bowled well The magic of the spinners on these pitches is in full swing and they are getting wickets all nine wickets taken by spinners Indian team required 359 runs to win this match and with the presence of spinners it will be very difficult for Indian team to chase this target. Washington Sundar bowled outstanding spell he takes 11 wickets in both innings which played an important role in putting pressure on the New Zealand team Will the Indian batsmen be able to play in front of Mitchell Santner the way he destroyed the Indian team batting line in first innings

So far so good for the Indians. They picked up three quick wickets in the morning, after the brief stand between Tom Blundell and Glenn Phillips. All the wickets to fall today were shared between Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja. At the moment, Ajaz Patel has joined Glenn Phillips at the crease and the Kiwi lead stands at 343 runs. New Zealand would like to get a lead of at least 360-380, but it looks difficult now with the tailenders at the crease. BTW, I don't understand the purpose of adding Akash Deep to the playing XI. Selectors could have gone for an additional batsman.

I think this match is not over for India as yet and there is still an outside chance for the Indian team. I mean if India can take the remaining two New Zealand wickets quickly and have to chance less than 380 runs, then it is still possible for the Indian batsmen, isn't? Also, we have seen that Indian batsmen play a lot better in the 2nd innings so these stats also favors them.

Indian bowlers are doing a good job today and taking full advantage of the early morning conditions on the third day at pune. Ajaz Patel is also out by Jadeja and now only the last wicket left for the New Zealand team. I thin we are here for another twist in this test match. The match is not over yet.
