I invested in this back at ICO level, I had completely forgotten about it until fairly recently, hoping it does well
I've discovered this just recently and already wish I had invested some
Tezos is its own blockchain, not a derivative of any other blockchain. its a secure, future smart contract system. I thing this a really good one. I think i will invest on Tezos and the marketing of Tezos continues to grow in future.
Great to see the issues sorted out. In the long run, I think all the negative press will ultimately help them as it got the tezos name out to everyone that follows any sort of financial news.

cant wait that tezos launch. and not for selling off my ico investment. i still believe in this project and iam in till minimum 2020 and then my license number will be TEZOS 
Why did they delay the release of the main network? People have forgotten that they invested their money there)) ETH needs a competitor, he created a monopoly in the market.
Can the seed protocol be altered in a manner such that the underlying architecture of the network (the blockchain) can be changed in the future?
Does anyone know how to calculate the current market capitalization of TEZOS? How many coins are in circulation? I was able to find only the current price for a coin, but the total cost is not clear.

do you know if the token distribution from the initial crowdsale will take place at the betanet release or at the main net release in Q3?

Let's just hope it's worth the wait. The development is taking longer than I initially thought it would. I hear the testnet is scheduled to be launched sometime in Q3. That means we should be seeing mainnet launch in 2019 along with the token distribution. Hopefully tezos delivers. But I do feel keep those funds and investing elsewhere would have been a much better investment.

I'm wondering the same. The Tezos unofficial telegram is against the project, but I'd like to hear someone objectively explain if there is any risk to whitelisting my Tezos address for tzlibre
I know all these legal/monetary have caused development to delay, but I wonder if they've had any impact on the actual substance of the project. Are we still getting the same features and platform that was advertised a year ago?
The tokens will be released. Arthur the main guy is actually incredibly active, on any given day you can find him on the riot channel. It's progressing pretty well I feel.

IMO Tezos will be launched in some months (2-4?). No worries for me, I think only some greedy speculator prefer a new blockchain done fast to being done good and secure. The thing is that they have been working on the project, now everything about the foundation is much better so it looks like it's going to be a good year 2018 for Tezos.
