next year everything will change. and a chain will consist of a new algorithm. I think bitcoin will affect this the most. there is a structure supporting Altcoins. right now, bitcoin is very valuable. TEZOS Crypto will affect the market with a different strategy.

Good question but how do you do OTC when there are no tokens to trade? Just private keys so useless for trading...

Exactly price will drop to the bottom when the trading will go live. This is big example of greediness what happening between the team I also ready to buy at low price because this is real long term project and I will with this 2020 vision.
It is still good project with bold devs.I will buy some whenever token ready to trade Unfortunate, such a promising project.
Shouldn't call in unfortunate, it would be the right time to buy when there is a big drop happening.You won't see such drops happening occasionally and that too such unexpected.The spat may get over at some point in time but the price won't be much cheaper later when the token is out.

ah... no... nobody here is an investor. According to the law we are doing a contribution/donation, what means that in this case our money is gone!!!! 
But why should the project be cancelled? Because of an inside dispute? Things don´t work like that. In my opinion this is just a way of delaying (on purpose) the project, or even to create instability in the price, that, in the launch the whales can take advantage of that new opportunity.
We cannot forget that the founders of Apple, Facebook and even Google had this same problems when they started there on companies.

Tezos may be the worst investment I have ever made , hope this project can do better than we expcect from what we are seeing now.
This is unfortunate thing which I saw in some other projects where money became reason of fight among team members. I will not mention because this isn't right to say in Tezos thread other names. They didn't catch attention because amount was little. This one with $400 million and legal fight to control the fund isn't looking good. It will lead to unpleasant events in my opinion.
I saw on one site that tezos will have a court with investors, is it true or not? If true, it seems that ethereum has no competitors

Is there a way I can recover my priv8 keys, my hard drive crashed

... next time, always save the keys on more than one hard drive + paper wallet.......... 
u could try an hard drive recovery tool maybe it works..
Try reseaching it before giving up. I had one case years ago when the electronics failed on one of my mechanical drives. Simple swap from another identical disk allowed we to recover the data.

Unfortunate, such a promising project.
I do care about Tezos project, and its development. What is happening just distracts the team for building it. Funny thing that Tezos was all about governance and they are having a legal fight because of that.
Yeah that's ironic. Hope they can focus on development soon.

I look began to water project and blame. I think it can only mean one thing to be a good growth in the near future. In any case, many count on it. Let's see of course what happens.
