They raised ridiculous amount of money... I think the last number is around 400M. It's way too much for software startup, problems are inevitable

You have a handful of people sitting on nearly half a billion dollars.  I think some legal battles and disagreements are to be expected.

It was too good for nothing bad to happen until the launch. Money mad people! Sin could be something beautiful!

I still believe in Tezos. In the first place, everybody invested on Tezos without having a solid system. The situation hasn't been changed(They still don't have a solid system). As far as I see there will be delay on the actual schedule and that will be all.

Looks like the team gave control of the funds to a swiss foundation so there is no money for development. Or, it could be that the breitmans had no intention of ever launching anything and this was just a money grab scam to begin with. Either way, it looks like all may be lost.

If they had no intention of launching anything, the wouldn't give the control of the funds to Tezos Foundation. As usual, when there is a lot of money someone may get greedy. Now they accuse each other. Lets hope it will be resolved sooner than the later.

Idk what's going on but my accusations aren't baseless, the team hasn't done any development since the ico I'm just giving possible reasons why.
There is no reason whatsoever to suspect that it was a "money grab scam". Anyway, when Tezos is finally released on exchanges, this whole thing won't have any effect on a price, so I'm not sure what your motives are.

This was the biggest ico to date, took in a quarter of a billion dollars worth of crypto. The launch date promise was 2-3 months, and here we are going on 5 months later to be told they lost control of the money. WTF MOTIVES DO YOU THINK I HAVE BY RAISING DOUBTS?!
Launch date promise was 4 to 6 month or even beyond. I specifically remember reading the warning not to invest if I had problems with that. Disputes like this happen all the time when there are a lot of people and money involved. You may have doubts, but claiming its a scam is something else. You could have different motives if you are not investor. Or you could be panicking, I don't know.
I did not claim this was a scam, I said it is a possibility, time will tell what's really happened.

"A steady increase in the pace of the remaining work to be done to bring the Tezos technology to the point where it is sufficiently secure and scalable to be launched. Our current best estimate for shipping the main net is now February of 2018, though the firm date remains “when it’s ready”. To say that we regret the delay is an understatement."

Whats going on ? i heard about the fight between the Founders and the Swiss Foundation. Do you think business will get back to normal ? and is any of that going to affect the project or let the Founders split from the Swiss Foundation ??

It's a pitty that Tezos is not yet trading on exchange. Would be happy to buy more cheap right now while every investor out there is scared and most of all ico tokens are trading below ico prices. Invest some BTC in the first bonus stage but would buy more if I could now.

I just saw this Wall Street Journal article about Tezos that is not good for the project.  Let's see how this affects the future of Tezos.  https://www.wsj.com/articles/tezos-raised-232-million-in-a-hot-coin-offering-then-a-fight-broke-out-1508354704
