Is having no cap a good thing?  I'm kinda getting iffy investing in this if that were really so.  I feel that this kind of ICO is encouraging a big dump on listing day.
Who cares? If you are not in for the long term then stay away.

if you research and read the details you'll notice the other way round... when you dump draper buys... i'll buy

Seems like the amount of information is lacking...    How much of the total supply is available at the ICO?     Having no cap,  that's fine...

The previous 10 million investment,  how many coins did that purchase?

Actually there are private sales before the ICO at ~31% discount to hedge fund and individuals.

I asked to reserve the Hebrew translation a long time ago but did not receive any reply on that.
Thanks.

Hi all, I'm heading the Tezos project. A few things about the project

 - We have real on-chain decentralized governance, i.e. we can upgrade the entire protocol without hard forks.
 - We support smart-contracts with a functional, statically typed language which we design specifically for formal verification. We presented it recently at the Stanford blockchain conference and the video should be online soon.
 - We're starting with a delegated proof-of-stake consensus model
 - We are headed for a crowdsale around late Q1, early Q2 2017.

We've been fairly discreet for the past few years quietly building our technology (our source code is available on Github). We did not want to go to a crowdsale without an actual working product. We're not a fork of any project, we built the entire thing from scratch in OCaml.

I'd be happy to answer questions about the project!

P.S. we're also looking to contract with translators and community manager.

Will the existing coins be able to move to Tezos new blockchain?

How secure and immune will be Tezos blockchain?

Definitely an interesting project but the fact that there's no cap is worrying. What if they raise 200M+ USD? Smiley That is concerning to me.
If there was a cap some people might not be able to invest in the ICO. Because this is a bitcoin killer a 200M market cap in the beginning would be fine.

Good finally someone get it

Will not sign campaign

I can give a simple example

Compare the blockpool ico and tezos

Blockpool ico is a scam the team can't execute, great name solves nothing can't execute no proof just nice piece of paper and a website

Tezos is totally opposite of that... Do your research

No doubt this project have solid team behind it, but not having a cap is putting me off this, this is a good example of Greed people are talking about from developers just looking to suck the investors dry.

They never force anyone to participate

And it's a contribution not investing you don't own any equity/security

For reference this is similar to ethereum crowdsale
