Good article from Arthur. Things are getting closer and the details are being revealed. And I think many will get attracted by the return and we'll huge demand on Tezos.

i doubt that the mainnet will go live this year. Just a feeling.

This technology is already in very high demand it looking after successful release of this network it will attract a lot of big companies to build their business on this platform. I also expect a big growth for this project in future just waiting for release of mainnet.

The technology of Tezos coin project is very strong. I believe that there will be a position in many basic public chains in the future.

Not really. there was no official announcements before, just an estimation and speculation, never a promise.

They are promessing this for 6 months now...

That's exactly true. Don't forget you agree with the ICO rule when you invested in it: You were just DONATING your money to the foundation, who has none responsibility for investments.

Lawsuits doesn't make any sense even if price is under ICO price. There was no promise whatsover during ICO regarding release, estimated period was 5 month but it clearly stated that it may take a lot longer and if someone expects exact release date they should not invest. So this whole thing is just an intentional FUD.

Once the futures hit $5.46, I was googling for the next BS lawsuit news story. What damages are they going to seek if they can sell their Tezos at 12 to 100 times the purchase price.

Is the adjustment of TEZOS coins almost ready? The technology of this coin is very good, and the long-term development is worth continuing to be optimistic.

A scandal that erupted at a newly-formed $100 million German cryptocurrency project has spilled across the border into Switzerland, threatening the reputation of the growing Swiss crypto scene.

The row bears some of the hallmarks of the recent Tezos scandal that brought unwanted global attention to the self-styled Crypto Valley in canton Zug. In this case the key actors are German and the dispute may end up in the Berlin courts. But the fact that the company was established in Baar last October does not bode well for the Swiss.

The Envion cryptocurrency mining project chose Switzerland to take advantage of a more favourable regulatory environment than that which exists in Germany or other parts of the world, the company’s CEO told swissinfo.ch.

Earlier this year, Envion raised $100 million (CHF100 million) from investors in an initial coin offering (ICO). The start-up aims to build mobile containers that are designed to be hooked up to renewable energy sources to mint cryptocurrencies.

Contested takeover
But problems between the company’s founders and Envion’s CEO, former German television journalist Matthias Woestmann, started shortly after the ICO was completed. Both sides accuse the other of fraudulent activity, leaving investors wondering whether the cryptotokens they purchased will be worth anything in future.

The founding team, led by Michael Luckow, accuse Woestmann of illegally wresting control of Envion through a covert capital increase that diluted their holding from 81% to 33%. He is then said to have transferred a majority of shares to his lawyer. The founders have complained to the Berlin courts about this manoeuvre.
