I would however be kindly open to discuss tezos and engage with the owner of retarded wall of emoticons if I did not get apprehended for hulking out in public last night. Two youngbulls calling themselves police came my way propping their fingers at me and asked for ID. I imitated the gesture of handing them over the ID card and when their hands were close to grabbing the ID I expelled gas from butt and ran away. Where the fuck is the line in the alabama state law that covers the case of enraging oneself in public and farting in front of two police officers who are nothing else but a gay couple of self-proclaimed bigots??? Im angry as hell. Can someone make me coffee?

Just getting around to the Tezos consolidation order.  The only thing that really jumps out is the Court's summary of what the cases are about:  "At core, all of the cases revolve around the underlying assertion that the Tezos ICO involved the sale of unregistered securities."

DOESN'T BOTHER    TEZOS ..

To the SEC and anyone who is trying to sue TEZOS in the USA ..

BITCOIN is not REGISTERED with the SEC ..
So by using BITCOIN in any transaction in the USA you already broke the LAW you are using an unregistered form of TRANSACTION ..

So by you suing TEZOS the people suing need to ask did they use unregistered crypto currencies to buy
TEZOS ?  Because if you did then you are LIABLE for using UNLAWFUL CRYPTO ..

You also broke the law by buying TEZOS with unregistered CRYPTO ..

So to the SEC in the USA anyone who as used BITCOIN is liable because if you pick TEZOS OUT
i will say that the SEC is also LIABLE for not suing people who used BITCOIN to buy TEZOS with
or any unregistered CRYPTO ..

IF BITCOIN LEGAL     SO IS   TEZOS..

Bitcoin is not REGISTERED by the USA SEC   
And was not registered at the time of the TEZOS ICO..

So both BITCOIN and ETH  was an UNREGISTERED SEC USA CRYPTO..

So by law who ever used BITCOIN and ETH in the USA to buy TEZOS is also LIABLE   100%
they also BROKE THE LAWS..

So now FINE EVERYONE who as ever used BITCOIN ..

if you don't and you only pick on TEZOS    You the SEC HAVE BROKEN THE LAW..

Like saying all the other murderers or thieves you can do it BUT you cannot TEZOS ..

My suggestion is     LET TEZOS FLY..LET IT GO ..

To the SEC wait and see what TEZOS will become before you jump the GUN ..

I think its none hence the community is making a move for tezos, it is not all updated since they have a problems with the law. The last time i visited this thread an announcement prompted to a new CEO that has been hired and it was publish in a blog by someone. If im not wrong.

Do they even have marketing team? cause communication seems to be very disoriented right now and I'm not even sure which one is official twitter channel, there are no team members here, no official telegram group or discord. Even website have not been updated since July.

It needs time. Developers, entreprreneurs will get into it. Then investors somehow will involve Tezos based projects and more.

The popularity of Tezos and the popularity of the community are not very high. But it seems that we can compete with ETH and EOS in the future.

If they really cn do good, they can bring the success to the market, at least they can help

For a crypto to work in a nation the NATION government must bring it out NO OTHER WAY ..

Sometimes I feel like all this to discourage the small investors and weak hands to go away once mainnet will be launched. Tezos is next big thing to create elites.

My personal understanding of Tezos is that the rules of Tezos's governance are the heaviest in the white paper, and even beyond the technology. Of course, it's not that technology is not, but its self - evolving technical logic is also a service to governance.

I know its  going out this summer. I don't know if it's gonna change any more. if TEZOS had entered the exchanges, I would have been waiting for this decline. but the team behaved wisely and did not enter the exchanges when the market was falling.
