I have/had an acct with WeExchange.co and when BitFunder went down, I had an acct balance of 0.71BTC on WeExchange.co.  Over the past month or two, I've been unable to login to WeExchange.co, even after doing a password reset.  I successfully logged into https://weexclaims.weexchange.co but it shows account balances of zero.  I tried to log back into the BitFunder site just to see if it had any evidence of the account balance transferred back to WeExchange.co.  However, login to BitFunder doesn't work either.  So ... what can I do now?  I don't have a blockchain transaction ID showing funds entering or leaving my acct at WeExchange.co.  Any help much appreciated.

Unfortunately your money has been stolen by the owner of the exchange Jon Montrol.

He accepted bitcoin deposits for a while knowing he wasn't able to pay back. He also took out some big loans and defaulted and hasn't been heard from in a few weeks.  It appears likely (to me anyways) he was using users' deposits to his exchange as his own personal wallet and took off with funds.

About half of the users whose funds were stolen are in denial he's going to show up one day 'in the future' and give them all their deposits back.

Their are about 5-8 threads on this topic.

So.... roughly 3-4 months on, and no progress has been made by Ukyo/Jon/People in Cypress/whoever.... In this time we've had some of the worst updates on the situations, some of the most bullshit excuses, and some mumbo jumbo of problems with code / problems with keys / problems with wallets / problems with block chain number 123456whatever.... and the only thing that we got back was ~6% funds that some people have withdrawn before the blockchain 277596 problem...

In that time, Bitcoins have been going up in price from ~$300 up to it's highest of $1200 - and now they've plummeted again back to where we started of about $320.

So... anyone know what the latest excuse is for having the funds tied up? Are we still hiding behind the "it's a legal issue and if I told you now you'd lose all your money" ?

Send UKYO to the  count !!!

What a scam... BTCT goes out of business, telling everyone to go to Bitfunder... which is then tied to only ONE way of inputting funds in and out, WeExchange. Then THEY in turn go out of business, and everyone is screwed of their funds by the owners of BTCT and Bitfunder.

Six percent is a joke. We deserve ALL funds that were present at time of shutdown. If I borrowed money from a credit card or a bank (a car loan or a house loan, lets say) and said "Sorry, but here's 6 percent and thats all you get." I'd get sued into oblivion, and extradited from any country I ran to.

Amazing that people aren't doing anything, even though he likely stole millions of dollars.

People scammed haven't even taken the 30 seconds to give Ukyo a bad trust rating, it is kind of pathetic how easily he stole this money from any one and he certainly doesn't seem to fear any reprisal or legal action.

I only had .2 BTC stolen and I still reported negative feedback. There is definitely something weird about this whole thing.

I'm not able to login to www.weexchange.co, but I'm able to login to weexclaims.weexchange.co, but it is showing me all zeros :-(

Is Ukyo still working on the block 277955 issue?

As has been requested, shitfanleaks will be periodically posting information.
This will be done until Ukyo, aka Jon Montroll of Texas, operator and person in charge of Bitfunder and Weexchange, processes and pays 100% of all pending withdrawals to ALL users.

Many users have been and continue to be frustrated due to Jon Montroll's negligence, non-observance and abandonment of any minimum respect or service to users, having no reliable form of contact, support tickets unanswered, and thousands of bitcoins owed which according to Jon Montroll "are no longer there" and have supposedly disappeared, no explanation, no resolution timeline given.

Jon Montroll information posted here this time has been requested by many users and is in fact of the public domain.
Jon Montroll of Texas public addresses and phone numbers:
http://www.whitepages.com/name/Jon-E-Montroll/Fort-Worth-TX/58maz1h

It should be clear that this information has been requested by users not to harm or take any illegal action like Montroll has done to them, but just the opposite to be able to take the righteous path with strong legal action or achievable alternative proceedings.

More to come. shitfanleaks will stop posting as soon as Jon Montroll of Texas, which is in fact the operator, person in charge and only available contact to users of Bitfunder and Weexchange, has processed and payed 100% of all pending withdrawals to ALL users.
Users having information, leaks and/or links and wanting it to be published just send a PM (source will be protected).

cant believe ...it's so obvious that this is a well planned scam and that 6% it's just to give some blind hope to investors who still believe and think they will get their BTC's back. just label that cunt as a scammer and move on, he's not the first to pull something like this and definitely not last. He hasn't given a real reason as to why the coins are gone and that he can't pay us back...
Still looks like a scam, even if he repayed 6%, 94% is still gone.

So what you are saying is.... the verified fact is the customers lost coins...  however it is entirely possible Ukyo will have a brand new 60ft yacht next month ?

Bit strange this weex business.... How did the guy who was just the coder become the owner ? and why didn't the owner / managing director step in ?
I used weex for 10 minutes about a year ago. Ukyo was just the guy who ran the site and reset passwords.. I don't get it.

Apologies if I'm not up to date, its hard to keep track

As far as I know it was never a real company. It was all just ukyos weekend project. Looking at the site it was pretty obvious someone whipped it up fairly quick. But yea literally no information is known but apparently it is being handled according to ukyo.
