I had ~0.07 btc still on weex. You can't log in anymore and the claim portal shows my balance as 0...

Any advice?

Try https://weexclaims.weexchange.co/ (announced by Ukyo here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.4021376)

There's a post in the G.AM.PT thread saying friedcat already put the divs on hold for the PT shares.

Does anyone have the last "asset list" from Bitfunder?

Has there been news as to when the shares on bitfunder will be converted to direct shares?

Which shares are you talking about? The issuers have the full list of shareholders. AM100 for example has moved on already. Ukyo is in charge of G.AM.PT. So we're waiting on him to send the shares to friedcat. My guess is, his priority (?) is winding up wexchange first.

I think it's safe to say at this point that Ukyo stole our bitcoins and if he can will steal our shares too.  The belief that he intends to deliver coins, dividends or shares at this point is extremely naive to the point if being stupid.  He hash't provided any communication in a long time and the whole Neo thing is another pile of lies, evasions and delay tactics.  Expecting anything from Ukyo is just plain foolish.

If anyone has a list of the G.AM.PT wallets that was publicly available on the site most recently, we should get a group of us who hold those shares to see to it that Friedcat transfers that as the ownership table for dividends and share sales in the future.

There is no point in waiting for Ukyo as he will not show up to help us out.

The 'legal reasons' why ukyo doesn't want to tell us what happened to our deposits is most likely in self-interest.  I.E  it isn't another legal entity that is preventing him from telling us what he did to the coins, but instead it is more likely he just doesn't want to tell us because it would increase his legal liability.

Two things:

1) Not only has he said it will come out as soon as possible, but it would always come out sooner or later. It's not self interest as will become evident in due course.

2) Danny got involved only latterly and his recent post was interesting:

(Sorry, on my tablet so link rather than a quote)

I have a large amount at stake and am firmly backing Danny's involvement as our best chance of seeing our coins again (over 75 BTC at risk here).

I.E again he doesn't want to say "sorry I was gambling with all your money that you deposited and lost it because I'm a pond-scum scam artist,  and didn't let people know I couldn't pay them back because I wanted them to keep depositing so I could pay interest on loans I took out"  rather than that, it serves him better to say something like "I can't say what happens because of legal reasons". It's completely self-serving.

Again this just seems the most logical and reasonable guess to be made at this point, judging from what we have seen, and what he has said, and what he has shown with his actions. It's almost been over 2 months...it's sort of a joke we don't even know what happened.

Furthermore I don't think legal recourse would be effective at all in this situation but sure would at least make me feel better at the $1000 I have lost. If I was American or had more than $2000 lost here I would be headed to Texas, but I'm not, so am just going to try to get about $100 worth of bitching about this in to make me feel better.

I've got 167 NeoBee shares on Bitfunder, and I just got an email that gave me instructions on how to get them out. However, it says I need to sign a message using a wallet address I used on Bitfunder. But I never used any wallet address on Bitfunder, that I know of?? IDK What to do...
Wrong thread. But you probably have to contact the issuer.

Sooo great...

As was announced earlier, most of the coins that were stored in WeExchange.co are now gone. We are still limited in what we can share about how that happened, and what is being done about it, but we do have some updates.

There are still approximately 386btc available in the wallets. These coins will be paid proportionally to all owed users, based on current user balances, by Monday night.

All old withdrawal requests will be removed and each user will need to initiate new withdrawals when this new balance is ready.

Full instructions on how to access the site to process these withdrawals will be provided by 5pm (GMT+2) on Monday 16th December, when you should be able to withdraw the portion of available funds allotted to your account.

This is far from ideal, but it gets every satoshi that is available to those with outstanding balances. When we are able, we will announce more details on what is being done to repay the remaining coins that are owed to WeExchange.co users.

So you claim some agency got our coins and let some coins in there? Doesnt make sense. Coins cant vanish from addresses magically too and the private keys should be takeable from a broken wallet too. Not to speak of backups.

Im interested to hear that story... i dont get it.

If the coins are not 'stolen' and people are going to get them back, why is there no transparency about what is going on? It smells really fishy to me.

If there's any good news, they would loudly say it. Since they are quite, I would assume it's bad news Wink

Easy as that.
Well allegedly they can not tell us for legal reasons but that doesn't mean its bad. (Although I personally think the coins are being/have been seized)
