don't panic, and don't lose hope. Still, there is a possibility altcoin will recover again and for that, we don't need to much time. bitcoin price is low now and this month we got some good news for the bitcoin. so we hope soon the price of bitcoin would raise and altcoins price also raises.so just hold your coin at a safe wallet until bitcoin price rais.
HODL! Alts always recover - look for charts history of alts to verify this. But you must wait for several months for recovery because patience is the key to success! I HODLed SIA, DGB and BCN from Summer, 2017 and sold it with profits in BTC in Winter, 2018 (in USD it was huge profits).
You are not the only person which have these problems. Market is unstable in last months so most of people losing own money. The only thing which we can do is waiting for better time.

I am not sure about if they recover because their market caps are very low and the interest in those projects decrease a lot day by day.

Just hold up on the coins you are holding on and I do see your current portfolio do have very good line up of potential coins which is really worth to be hold up. Don't tend to sell out on loss and come to think that you aren't the only whose suffering on such depression seeing our portfolio on deep negative. Yes I believe altcoins will rise again although the rejection of Bitcoins ETF has affected the market in general hence the sluggish posture of Bitcoins and the altcoins. immediately Bitcoin was on the path of slow growth it was obvious that the altcoins will assume same since they are heavily influenced by Bitcoin.today the coin rose slightly giving some glimpses of hope for the market which includes altcoins. when i start trade in 2017 i had more 4 btc and i hold for these coins and i lost alot of money i am sad and i cant sleep i'm afraid to die !

Only option is to keep patience and wait until market boom.Advice! always invest in financial markets the amount of money which you can afford to lose so that we don't have any kind of fear to lose or sleepless nights.
