Given the date of your post I hope there was a typo: was it 2013-02-11 or 2013-03-11?

Still waiting for mine (and I'm one of the very first with a low #3xx order number).

But what would the court say once you show is own words on when he was to issuse btc refunds which he clear stated he would be starting on jan 23rd. I think thats where the issuse is he stated a time and date of when he would be issusing them i think he needs to be held to that word. also as he stated he so called sold at $15 btc. most ppl bout ascis at $12 or under.

furthere more with i sold at 15 blash blah if he would of followed thur with his words he would of had to buy back in in the $16-$18 dollar range which is what it was at the time of the 23rd so why everyone keeps helping him with it was priced in usd is bs. hold the man to his word. he said he would issuse on the 23rd january i say use that rate.
In your dreams. As I was fed up with your ranting, I looked up your last posts on Bitcointalk to see what I would miss if I ignored you... Welcome to my ignore list...

This is also the opinion that a court would have, as the products were clearly priced in USD.  The amount of "waiting" that is acceptable is debatable.  ineededausername took 5 months to pay out his "guaranteed insured" pirate bond, but was never considered a scammer by the community and eventually paid 100%.
Dave think $ 15 for bitcoin was good price. A few days later Tom said...
Again, see what a court says about the "I paid BTC for a product priced in USD so I should get more USD value in BTC back".  Also, would you be demanding the same amount of BTC instead of USD if the price of BTC had gone down?  Contrary to the beliefs of many community members, the price of BTC does sometimes go down.
Tom waited a month to choose, whether it was better to pay $15 or pay current price. If the price had gone down, Tom would say that it was fixed at $15.

It's Friday.  Has anyone received any refunds?
Tom is waiting the bitcoins arrives to $35.
Apparently waiting for them to hit 1000$ so he can pay back less than 1%.

Why not, if he can get away with it.  Most here seem pretty convinced by this "unit was priced in USD therefore refunds are USD equiv" line of "logic".

So Tom can do just what you said, and keep his "legitimacy" amongst the community.   Never mind that Tom never actually converted the BTC to USD but is still holding it, and is profiting from our money due to this scam.  Oh right, it wasn't a scam, Tom tried hard and had bad luck is all.  Sheesh.
Do you have blockchain analysis to prove this?  I'm honestly curious, and not just trying to dismiss your statement.  The most likely case in my mind is that Tom sold BTC shortly after receiving them to fund ASIC development, and is now mining, selling assets for USD and buying BTC to pay people back, but I would quickly change my attitude towards Tom if blockchain analysis proves he is holding a stash of coins.

Cablepair, you still owe me 52.758 BTC which you can send to 1CVmb947c2kGmQcQTjJFWAxMGRmEuLnnfW. Either way, sooner or later, I will get it back even if I have to personally visit you and collect it myself.  Trust me, I won't drop it.  Until you pay me back and everyone else, you are nothing but a scammer and a thief.  You and all the morons defending your theft and the lame USD equivalent excuse are a what's wrong with bitcoin.
