Ugh, I hope I didn't get screwed by sending to the wrong emails.
I sent request to [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] on Jan. 12, then added [email protected] on Feb. 4. No emails received from either Tom or Dave, and the "Payment Address Requested" status on the bASIC site leads me to believe I'm not on the "list".

The exchange rate i got was around USD 30/btc , so it does appear he is using the current exchange rates.

I suspect most refunds were made to those located in US. Thats because legally 
there's little to be done for the non-US victims. I wish Tom the ripper would realize this offers him no protection.

However I do think that you are providing a useful service - helping people keep their expectations in check. It would be nice if you could think of a few different slogans though, maybe some that are witty... and maybe some that will score well on google...

Got the same e-mail, at 1st I thought Tom saw my post and put 1+1 together, well it does not matter. It was nice to get some feedback finally.
I am glad you got some feedback. I am still waiting, I requested my refund on the 7th of jan. Reply from dave on the 8th saying I would get it in 24hours. Still nothing.
