You certainly didn't write something that is well detailed, first how do you arrive that it's the best Crypto project of 2020? If you were talking about the bounty that has been paused because of the Covid-19, that is a different case entirely.
I don't have knowledge of this project but how could Covid-19 stop a project, the developers can work from home and even the promotion or hunters works from home, I'm just being inquisitive about this situation if the project was really stopped for Covid-19

I do not see anything from this project. Fake volumes and scam bounty are what's going on with this project. If you go to the exchange, you will see they have no volume, use lots of bots to create fake volume to deceive investors. Clearly this is one of the worst projects in 2020
In know many good project now stop their promoting service for global pandemic and their will come back, when covid-19 finish/ decrease bad situation. Across we can waiting for next announced hope so insure bounty will back again.
There are currently hundreds of projects delayed and this makes the situation worse and the bounty campaigns less and less. II think that if covid-19 ends, investors confidence will return and they will tend to invest more. One reason the Insure project stopped was due to coronavirus. but in my opinion, it's not right if they stop the project because of a coronavirus, because they can work at home if they really care in developing their project. moreover this project has been registered at coinmarketcap. it is difficult to understand such an event.
Most projects are on hold due to the current global pandemic .Most of the project are not raising enough funds which will enough for them. Market is down,the situation is forcing many bussiness to close and many end up loosing their jobs.In my opinions things will only return to normal when this is over.
Because now many people who need cash to survive when the lockdown so it's only natural when many projects that delay the sale of their tokens/coins. But the crypto market didn't go down much, even though a few weeks ago there was a panic sell but now it seems to have improved a little.

Things like that don't surprise the reason anymore. There have been many good projects that have suddenly stopped because the developers are only looking for money and money. It was an interesting concept, but it probably couldn´t work. Like DAO projects have problem in very volatile market, I believe that if market drops too much, they will not have enough money to cover losses.

they have no money to pay hunters. they intentionally blame it to the current pandemic and halt the campaign. it is not a new thing for bounty campaigns on this platform. project owners intention halt campaigns expecially when they have made enough money or they suspects that it the campaign has not increase project feasibility. there are bounties still on going but they choose to stop for their own personal reason which i believe is the they don't want to pay hunters.
in my opinion they still pay, remember this is a token payment not eth / btc, but now it's not just insures that use pandemic reasons to delay payments but there are some projects in this forum that also do the same funny thing that there is to stop the roadmap and move the schedule to Q3 / Q4 but I'm sure the insure will continue to pay it's just that the hunters have to wait a little longer and it could be a reduction in the allocation can also be done considering the volume of trades is still low.

I participated this project. This project not stopped. They announced it's just paused for current Situation. It will continue when everything is okay. They will be announced on their social media page.
Since last year overall there was a deadly downtrend in whole crypto market but despite this we see many of good projects was introduced specially on binance launched pad. We now expect a better time is coming for crypto.
Was there some sort of criteria for tagging this project the best? From the link I see no reason why it should be tagged as the best. It's just another cryptocurrency project which has failed to meet up with their development plans.

I was also a participant of this project and I have seen they have announced why they stopped it. It is because of the epidemic that spread through whole world and starts the economic crisis. Actually they are not stopped they paused it and they also mention it clearly that they will resume it after few weeks. So do not think that project is dead and will not continue.
