I think the real estate investment is safe, because it is not influenced by fluctuations. like your example, we can earning passive income beside real estate prices increase every year

I agree with this. this opinion may not be some people think. sometimes we should be able to see opportunities around. but we must be able to sort and manage how much we have to spend. essentially do not let our money, while still we are empowered to use.

I like that, changing with the time attitude. I mean one should always recognise the opportunities that are around us so that we can benefit to 100%. Now in your case property is far important than putting your money into bitcoin because there might be no future for the bitcoin in your country or may be not most of the people knowing about it. However, sometimes I like to keep both the worlds separated all the time. For example, why mix property investment with virtual currencies as both of them have different rate of increase in the value and increase in the value amongst local and global level! But as I started opportunity is also far important than just putting your money anywhere.

I agree with your advice mate on where should we invest our money in a safest way. You are right that the price of the property will never go down and there is a possible that the price will goes high in the long run. So it's better to invest our money in the property for your money to be safe and gain profit if you sell in a high price.

i'm not risk taker so i prefer invest on property
it is long term investment but property prices (real estate, housing etc.) never go down plus you can rent it out for en extra income.
gold asset also has low risk but it doesn’t provide an income

Look into yourself, if you can discover and talent in you. It is a pointer to where you can invest in.if you Invest  in your gift, you will be able to withstand the hard time,because it is with personal interest
 You can also make the best use of money on acquired skills. If you are skillfully in anything like animal rearing,  you can invest in that.

I would suggest put money on band deposit as savings for immediate cash requirement. But for business gainers, yes Mining would be a good venture as well, but go for ETH . I will choose the property as my investment,  because at this time in my country just aggressively build housing with cheap price. For the next years, the number of people will be more and more. So many people need housing and apartments as a place to live. In addition, many people are also searching for the land as their savings which in turn will also be built in the house. Property investment is very small risk and profit is huge, but the time period is quite long. Although the time is long, but 99% can certainly benefit.

In terms of free money i think the best way to do with it is just to invest it to something else that can help you earn more with it.Depositing it on banks yeah its profitable but doesnt offer that big profit rather  than investing on trading or such thing
