The craziest thing you can buy right now is the space reserved for my signature on this forum. Seriously.

Also, as you make your decision, don't buy from a "middle man" who will then cash in your BTC and buy whatever you want with fiat. That DOES NOT count as buying something with BTC. The best example is the first time someone "bought pizza" with BTC. They didn't buy pizza. Their friend bought pizza, used fiat to do so.

Considering the vast number of services that use BitPay to receive their money, then I think there's almost no way to truly spend our bitcoins.

buy first computer in this world maybe... Cheesy
if it's still exist right now... Grin
Well the first computer used by Steve Jobs is still being sold here for bitcoins(although its pretty costly) - http://www.entrepreneur.com/article/233809

300 BTC?
that's huge amount, but if i have 400 BTC i may buy it... Cheesy
You wont buy it even if you have 400BTC cause you really need to be a crazy collector to buy a 300BTC worth computer. With the 400BTC you would have other priorities and you wont think of spending 300BTC on that machine.

b'cause I am crazy, so I want to buy it... Cheesy
but if I have 400 BTC now... Grin

A bitcoin Exchange script ?? Tongue
That's not crazy at all. And if you think that an exchange script is crazy them you are new to bitcoin. Scripts are just a kind of digital goods and there is nothing surprising in them.

I think you could buy the MtGox code for pennies right now Wink

Well there is still bark island not as crazy as some things listed in this thread though Smiley
https://www.bitpremier.com/5-real-estate/1407-private-35-ha-island-in-ns-canada

Only $125,000? That's a cheap private island!

Well it is in Nova Scotia not much over there to stimulate the economy so the prices are pretty low across the board in general
With the death of the Cod fishing industry and offshore oil only in Newfoundland, Nova Scotia does not have that many economic boosting activities that lead to higher land prices.
Hence cheap islands, that said if you believe they can build a tourist presence, Island collecting then turning them into gaming islands for paintball capture the flag etc and advertising them for Bitcoin would be one way to get some cash back  Wink
That or convince them to start selling horse shit to other Canadians around the world more on that below ^^.

A marketing guru had an idea that would seem doomed to fail: let people send a box of horse shit to anyone, anonymously, by paying with Bitcoin.

In 30 days, we made whopping $10,120 in sales, without spending a penny on advertisements or marketing in general. More than 490,000 unique visitors generated hundreds of thousands social shares, likes, tweets and comments. We got media attention from almost 500 websites; and referral traffic from 1,625 sources in total. As of December 4th, we've already shipped poop to 36 different countries.

(This would be level 2 above glitter bombs building up an arsenal of items to mail enemies ^^)
Also for those cases where you just want to tell someone like your ex they are a pile of Horse S**t, anonymously (Ok maybe not that one a bit too obvious and would mean spending even more money on her ha-ha, i'll go with a neo-feminist, ISIS if you found one of their mailing addresses or the good old Nigerian Scammer)

Just looking for something crazy to spend some bitcoins on. Feeling bored and hoping that some irrational spending would cheer me up.
(I'm not interested in drugs, thank you)

According to Roger Ver, you can now purchase a cryonic suspension policy from Alcor using bitcoins. The first Bitcoiner (Hal Finney) is suspended himself. The guy who invented cryptographic hashing (Ralph Merkle) is signed up too:

http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/27yjsu/you_can_now_pay_for_your_own_cryonic_suspension/

Only problem is, most people pay using a life insurance policy so you would to find a life insurance provider that is willing to accept BTC.

1/3rd of an Island
Well that isn't too bad but I kind of would want the whole island and make it independent he-he ambition.

5. One-third of an Indonesian island.
For just over $10 million (or 22,672 BTC), you could claim 32 lush, paradisiacal hectares of southwest Lombok. That’s a third, give or take a breezy palm tree or two, of the Indonesian island. With 18 plots of land, you could build your own white sand beachfront Bitcoin empire or a scuba diving vacation escape. The choice is yours, future Bitcoin land baron, if you can afford it.

(Also too bad that link doesn't seem to work anymore ^^)

If I get an approval from my team and when/if one of our products become fully licensed for general use, I'll write you here about the product. It's a perfect fit for the "craziest shit you can buy with bitcoins" category. It's somehow connected to this project of ours, but it's a completely different project:
...
I have another greater project, I and a team of four worked on during the last 12 years. It's a non-invasive health diagnostics tool which gives information about the working of 12 internal human organs and systems. It could early diagnose functional organ deviations before they are clinical. It could diagnose some diseases like diabetes and prostatitis for example and even catch some life threatened emergencies before they occur and would suggest the patient to immediately go to a specific medical examination. It could for example tell if a patient was a sportsman and what kind of sports he trained (heavy sports, fast sports, etc...). In those 12 years we measured 5000+ patients and we trained an artificial neural network to find cases/similarities based on those patients. We've passed the proof of concept phase and we are now ready to bring it to a larger scale - give a non-commercial licences to some physicians and teach them to use it. They could then diagnose their friends/family/patients and compare it to their clinical diagnoses/tests/examinations to proof it's working. With more data collected we could calibrate the devices/software even better and find more relations in the data. The tool have the potential to make the health diagnostics much cheaper and with it's automatic diagnostics mode it could bring diagnostics to places were it was never available even without a physician. The project require small amount of funds to produce the devices, teach the physicians, install and configure the software, etc. I approximate the funds needed to bring it to 5 physicians in this early phase to about 8000-10000 $, and if the project scales a lot it would become much less. I have to talk with the other team members about crowdfunding and cryptocurrencies at general and get their approval to create a crowdfunding case for this project. Our leading scientist is 78 years old physicist. I think he'll get the cryptocurrencies and crowdfunding ideas and what this could bring to the future generations. I hope I could use the zRMicroArray funding AT case(s) as a proof of concept to him that cryptocurrencies crowdfunding could bring some funds to a scientific project if the funds needed are small enough. Thank you all who donated so far! Special thanks to the guy who donated 300k!

Well, this is quite interesting, thanks for bringing this up! Going to keep an eye on it.

There is a service that accepts only bitcoin, and it provides excelent results. Its basicaly sending fecies (sh*t) in an enclosed envelope
to people who deserve it, there is also option in poping (bursting) effect that happens upon opening the envelope in question.
Not sure about the rest of you, but i consider this something epic :]

if that took off.. could you imagine the headlines "TURD arrested for "shit-service" on Darkweb"
