In terms of tactics and game plan, I think Jurgen Klopp is a better and more experienced than Thomas Tuchel. That will come in play in the finals.

Juergen Kloop is most talented coach right now.His game plan very outstanding. His team reached the UCL final also.If you see that the current form Liverpool better than Chelsea. Chelsea vs Liverpool FA Cup Final match,I Think Liverpool will win the Final match.Liverpool played very well over all this season. Specially their goal keeper and Striker played outstanding.

The current form Liverpool favourite. Because Liverpool played very well this season in all Leaugue. Specially they played outstanding in UCL match this season. But Chelsea current form is not good.They big lost against Arsenal and Everton. Liverpool have some good player like Salah,Mane,And Allison they can change the match result. Theres nothing wrong with Chelsea; i think they are lacking in motivation and theres genuine desire to win. Honestly, for now I really doubt it. Reflecting on the battles they are doing in the EPL now, they really have a problem that cannot be solved.
Their defense is not solid enough at the moment and indeed the front line still seems to be groping the game and not yet in good form which makes this even more difficult for them.
it's a task that Tuchel has to finish soon but I wouldn't expect much considering their opponent Liverpool

If you look at the statistics, the match should have ended either with a Chelsea victory or a draw, but Everton were more concentrated in converting their chances. I think this is due to what I already wrote - for Chelsea this season is already over and the only game where they will "burn eyes" is the FA Cup final.
