Indeed Liverpool strengthened their hope for the chase of quadruple this season. It was Liverpool and Chelsea in Coraba Cup, it entered into extra time and Liverpool snatched the trophy after Kepa refused to score even after he was unable to catch one out of 11 penalties.
It didn't take long both team met again in FA Cup finals which stretched again to extra time and penalty. This time around Aplicueta and Mount refused to score and allowed Liverpool to win their second trophy this season.
Liverpool is still hopeful of Epl title and champions league Cup to make it 4 in a season, can they?

Actually this tensed with each other so strongly that no goals occurred until the penalty was decisive for the victory, but indeed Liverpool were too strong so they felt one trophy and then the trophy that was waiting for the champions league which was possible in front of their eyes.

This season Chelsea failed not to get any trophies even though finishing in 3 standings only entered the UCL ticket, well Tuchel's target now is not getting anything.

Liverpool celebrate the win, I miscalculated the bet.

Victory on penalties is proof that Liverpool's mentality is better than Chelsea's.
Chelsea, lost 2 in a row in the final on penalties to Liverpool this season, and they lost 3 in a row in the FA cup final. it really hurts for Chelsea.
but this FA final this season is very interesting, despite losing but Chelsea gave a very tight resistance.

Liverpool are one of the best teams for now they deserve to win it, this season they have won 2 trophies and still have a pretty big chance to add it again in the UCL final against Real Madrid.

I wish Mohamed Salah could still play in the Champions League final and the injury wasn't too bad, Liverpool finally got a dramatic win against Chelsea, I faltered a bit when Sadio Mane missed the decisive penalty but luckily Alison was brilliant with a save. with this result Liverpool can still maintain hope to get the Quadruple.

Kudos to Liverpool for winning the fa cup. It was an evenly matched game and I expected nothing less as both halves ended in a draw. Having a total shot of 16 but two on target, I feel Mendy did a fine job of keeping shots from Mane and the rest away but then, Liverpool had to emege winners after penalties.
A big win for Jurgen's men as they await the finals of the champions league.

Liverpool success in winning the FA CUP final made Jurgen Klopp complete the Liverpool trophy in all competitions. Liverpool first half attacked quite well, Chelsea could only take advantage of counter-attacks. But in the second half, Chelsea started to attack even though not a single goal was born until extra time. Congratulations to Liverpool and congratulations to Jurgen Klopp as a successful coach from Germany in England.

Thomas Tuchel has being bad with substitutions, if you noticed, he loss that game as a result of poor decisions.
At extra time they both were managing the game, not throwing too much caution into the game, but a perfect energy would have gave them the win ( Timo Werner ) couple of players were absent in the game, they should have been subbed off. (Mason mount) .
If he was black he would have been abused as a rasist, that was another penalty miss in a final!
Chelsea can do better, they lacked creativity in the midfield, Thiago Alacantara stole the show!!

This is not Chelsea's FA season definitely, i was really expecting that since Lukaku was beginning to pick form judging from his previous two games performance that there will be a goal at least to his name against Liverpool. I can't say i am disappointed in Chelsea though, they have not been half as good as Liverpool has been this season and one would not even expect that game to extend into extra time and eventually penalties. Mane missed his kick, and thankfully it didn't cost them the cup. It's an important cup for Liverpool and a moral booster for them entering into the UCL finals, Real Madrid will be waiting.

It's a sad period for Chelsea haven lost two finals to the same team, but they should be proud of their performance. They lost like heroes and their effort and persistence is highly commendable. Before the match, many sports analysts glorified the top form of Liverpool. In fact one of my friends predicted that Chelsea would loose the match abysmally. But the reverse is the case, they lost the match with pride. The match statistics was balanced and Chelsea proved that it was qualified to be in the champions league finals. But next season is around the corner and I expect Chelsea to be a stable team because its ownership challenge has been settled. Congratulations Liverpool but more praise and respect to Chelsea.

Liverpool have beaten Chelsea for the second time in the finals this season after beating them first in the carabao cup finals with a penalty shootouts, now the reds have also beaten the blues again for in the FA cup finals, blues will be trophyless this season and it's really a bad results for the team. Liverpool have lifted two titles so far this season, remaining the toughest of all, the champions league which will be difficult for the reds because they will face Real madrid in the finals. You and I know that real Madrid are good in finals, especially when it's the champions league. While for the blues, they needs improvement in thr team, and the blues boss, Thomas Tuchel will restructure the team because they need sharp attacker, someone who is always to open to goal scoring and knows how to position infront if goal.

2 final matches against Liverpool and Liverpool buried Chelsea through defeat at the penalty spot. Liverpool showed their full strength for every game of their final at the end of the season.
there are still 2 more trophies that might be Liverpool's new target this season. Premier League and Champions League. It's amazing if this season Liverpool gets 4 trophies.
